Service was good but the restaurant needs to be updated. With the high cost of food, one would think it would be remodeled. The food cost is outrageous. The online menu price is completely wrong. They don't even have prices on the menu. Would not eat here again.

The epitome of “hole in the wall”. It’s obvious that the staff knows all the regulars and the regulars know each other, which is great. She knew what people wanted before they walked in the door. Food was really good, I had the Pig Special.

Customer service is always top notch. Walk in and you feel right at home. Food is always hot and fries are the best in town! Add a little gravy and some hot sauce to them and they are even better. Never had anything I didn't enjoy.

Stopped by Tuckers a couple days ago and was able to sit down and eat inside. First time I've eat inside in many, many years.IT IS GREAT!There was some boys from Mississippi working on the coke building that had never eaten Tuckers,I stopped by a couple weeks ago and got a BBQ and stew to go it was so good I had to come back . Well when I walked in this week the same two fellows was sitting in the same place at the counter eating lunch. And Mr.Tommy's youngest grand daughter came in and had a chilli dog.The Lady taking orders new what ever regular wanted.It's great to know that true southern tradition's are still out there to be had by all!I had the BBQ plate. You can't go wrong with that! Fresh cut extra crispy fries!Tuckers slaw! And Stew!IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD ALL DAY!I'm so glad I went inside, and was able to step back in time, even if was just for a little while.Thanks for continuing to make great memories!

Had the biggest cheeseburger I’ve ever seen!BBQ was tasty as was the slaw, beans and fries. Huge portions.Waitress Kelley been there 10 years!Owner Tommy was hands on and very friendly.Their health inspection 3 weeks ago was 100!A great experience!

This is a little Gem of a BBQ resturant. Fresh cut fries, great slaw and the BBQ is just right. Not too much vinegar and not too saucy. Arnold Palmer tea is in a huge cup and is so good!

It's been my favorite BBQ restaurant since 1981. Located on the south side of Macon, Georgia, it originally opened in 1947 and has been run by the father and his son Tommy ever since. I love the tang of the vinegar sauce.
