The music was lit. The food, terrible. My food came out cold, had no flavor. I asked for salt and pepper, the waitress came out with 3 packets of salt that probably came from a fast food restaurant and a small cup of pepper. My friend's food came out about 7- 8 minutes after mine and the waffles were not done. Waited about 15 minutes to get new ones. They have probably been getting over because of the atmosphere, everybody vining to the music and not paying attention to the quality of the food. Triple thumbs down. Really disappointed.

My sister and I had a disappointing experience. There was a large party in the back, and it felt like all the staff’s attention went to them. Our food took an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it came out at different times for everyone in our group.

On June 11th on my Birthday came in around 1 pm in the afternoon . The girl there was soooo Rude.. I didn't have a chance to order!! I wasn't going to let your staff ruining my day... I had a horrible experience with the worker..

Went here on a Monday just to smoke hookah but didn’t realize they had $1 margaritas & $1 hookah on Mondays. Definitely a chill vibe and would try them again.
Terrible service blasting obnoxiously loud rap music, very sticky floors, took ages to get our food, and the only good bit of food was the chicken tenders would not recommend and definitely will not be returning

I recently visited Vibez, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The food was cold, even though the place was nearly empty, which was frustrating. I ordered jerk egg rolls, and when I left two of them covered, the waitress tried to argue with me about it being "trash" after she placed a napkin on my food. This felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
I also ordered the chicken pasta, which had been good and fresh during a previous visit. This time, however, the chicken was old and tough, with a hardened part that clearly indicated it wasn’t fresh. The sauce was cold too, so I sent it back. Instead of preparing a fresh dish, they just warmed it up and added more sauce, which didn’t improve it at all.
This wasn't the first time I had a bad experience here. On a previous visit, they tried to charge me $2 for a single cut-up strawberry on my waffles, which was ridiculous. To make matters worse, I ordered a drink with top-shelf alcohol, but what I was served was clearly bottom-shelf liquor. When I pointed this out, I was met with indifference.
Overall, the service and food quality were inconsistent and unprofessional, and it felt like the only way to have a good experience here is if you're a regular or well-known in the city. I will not be returning. It’s just not worth the hassle or disappointment.
