Hopefully I'm not spelling their name wrong, but Kamron or Cameron was a GREAT server. Very sweet and when my son forgot his beloved stuffed Spiderman, he ran it out to my van just before I pulled out of the lot. We had just gotten out of the hospital and the kindness we were shown was so appreciated.

After hanging out, there aren't many places open after 11pm...so the waffle house was our stop. I've not been to this location in years. Our server was super sweet, attentive and efficient. Sadly I did not get her name. She offered us a smore cookie that was awesome! WH should carry that. Since I ate dinner earlier, I was not hungry but I came to make a friend company. He ate a Pecan waffle, it looked good. I enjoyed my apple juice box lol. A time was had. Thanks!

I placed a mobile order, and had a friend place another using my account. Two orders came through with my name but different numbers. I arrived at pickup time but only one order was ready. Since I couldn’t stay and wait for my other order I just thanked the staff and left. Without asking, they refunded my order, sent me a text advising me so, and also a courtesy call to apologize. Another reason why I always love this specific WaHo! Great customer service and always like a second home

Hair in the food. Upset customer talked some smack and the cook calls his friend and tell them to bring his pew pew. I had my baby in there at the time. He’s under 1 yrs old. The fact that we had to pack up in fear for our lives is ridiculous and absurd. If there’s a problem the police should be called. There should be no one calling anyone to bring a firearm to bring harm to others especially by an employee. Date 8/6/25 between 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm. Watch the cameras. You can see us send our food back and the attitude that came with making sure our food was clean and without hair follicles and then they bring it back in togo containers due to the threats and loud talking.
I always go to the other Waffle House on 247. This was my first time coming here. The food was nice. The service was nice.

Very rude poor customer service this morning by a waitress that wasn’t even my waitress

All the tables were dirty with menus on them. I asked waitress to wipe of our table and she got dirty rag and just smeared more food all over 3/4 of the table. I literally wiped it off with napkins while she stood there. Not busy at all. Rediculous
