We came in around 1 AM after a LONGGGG drive from Alabama to pick up my sister and decided to eat here while we were in the area. At first I was a little thrown off because there weren't many people inside which is unusual for Waffle House where I'm from. But when we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles and conversations. The employees were having fun, listening to music and having a good time. They were also extremely nice, making sure we were very well taken care of. My sister was super upset because she had just been dropped off by her military husband and was crying, the waiter we had was so sweet with her, offering her extras with her meal and making conversations with her to keep her smiling. It was very sweet. I wish I could remember his name so I could give him a shout out. Hopefully he sees this and remembers making a girl with green hair very happy lol. Thank you for being so great!

I tried not to star them at all. Their hygiene, repugnant. They're attitudes, atrocious. And the smell of bleach was too strong for me to even eat. Whoever the Mari girl needs to be fired ASAP. AND DO whoever HER BOYFRIEND IS (The Cook), HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED RIGHT ALONG WITH HER BECAUSE IT SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN MY FOOD 30 MINUTES TO BE DONE. That Mari girl even tried to argue with me when I told her that my raisin toast wasn't toasted completely

The workers were very nice but the food tasted nasty. The grits tasted like butter and old cheese. The eggs were ok but the bacon need to be cooked more.

It was freezing in there but the food was great and the service was good. Servers need to be encouraged to remove earpods out of their ear when attending to patrons. Otherwise, I will go back and eat there again.

We came from Atlanta and it was like 4:32am. Yet the staff were friendly and prompt. We were starving and the food came out fresh and quick. The cheese grits were so good. I have southern roots so saying that about their grits means a lot from me. It was three staff but they had a well put together flow!

Khamari is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Loudly disrespectful speaking about coworkers to customers. I'm just a person sitting and waiting for a to go order, watching the workplace hostility. I'm not sure I could've continued my shift, had I been on the receiving end. Christina continued with professional patience but I truly felt sad for her. Girl, you don't have to work in that environment. Management needs to get this under control.
