Rude black workers no customer service skills, treat u like why you here.She asked me to go or dine in very rudely and I said to go, my brother sat done and she got more rude and said to go or dine in and I said repeatedly to go she was like all mad because my brother sat down.. horrible attitude and rude.. standing there for 5 mins they just keep talking no body wants to take order just ignoring me, it’s just a matter of racism and under developed customer service.

The lady with the short curls was so rude didn’t want to serve me, screaming and pointing in my face, calling me all kind of b’s simply because I asked her coworker about his motorcycle, not a word for the owner of the bike. Not to mention when I walked in the restaurant smelled like a dirty mop I changed my mind about ordering but was harassed for making conversation with coworkerParking: 10

This place has really gone downhill over the past six months or so. It used to be my favorite Waffle House in the area but it seems like these days the first shift staff just doesn't care anymore. If you want quality food or service, go in after 3 pm and before 7 am.

Leon and Eli (if remember their namesright, it was around 1:30 am feb 6) gave me the best service i’ve EVER had at a waffle house. they both made sure i was getting exactly what i want, leon was a fabulous server while eli cooked me up the most delicious hashbrown bowl i’ve ever devoured in my life. these delightful individuals really brought a little light to my evening and i aspire to be like them one day. and to the other recent reviewer who was upset she had to wait a WHOLE FIVE MINUTES (omg the horror) for the cooks to return from the store, imagine working at waffle house. these people are braver than the troops and serve their community and every day. please let them do what they need to do. thank you

Unfortunately this was my first visit here and I had high hopes. The parking lot was empty and clean. I had my baby with me and figured this would be an easy and fast transaction. I walked in and the young lady was speaking with a table and greeted me right after she finished her sentence. She took my order and then asked where her cooks were. Friends and they were someone's friends said "oh they went to the gas station. " How disappointing. It took about 5 minutes for them to come back, so I took some pictures. I watched as they pulled in and walked in behind them. I had to ask the young man to wash his hands before making my food. He did without issue or stride and I am thankful. I am however as a fellow service worker unsatisfied with how they are just carefree and careless about what happens at this location. I will not come back to this location. The food was okay, but better at other WH locations. No, I am not just saying that because of all that was wrong. The food just tastes better at the other locations I have been to.

We just got finished eating here which was a mix of emotions.Cons:-when full house they forget 2/3 of your order-if you want refill of coffee then you have to ask and then they brew it so about 5-8mim wait time until you get morePro:-the staff was hit and miss. Our Waiter messed up our order but the cook fixed it all-they were kind and quick to account for things missingPersonal experience:- at the end our waiter haggeled us for a tip and yelled at us in the restaurant for not working for free because our check was picked up by the manager I'm guessing.-yes again we were haggeled and yelled at for a tip, of course we gave a tip bc it's still a service of being waited on, and the pink haired girl immediately changed her tune saying "thanks, have a wonderful day"Overall:- food was great and fresh- coffee is great, vibe is good-might get bad Waiter but everything else is good, and others do try to help fix the problem if there was one

The cook that drives the motorcycle is phenomenal, he always makes good food, and he’s very polite even in times I’ve seen him by himself (and even then he still takes my order). However I wish this store had better staffing at night because that’s when I’m able to come and I constantly get told they can’t take orders due to not having enough staff. This is a constant issue. If you can’t make it in the daytime don’t bother wasting your gas at night.

Thank God we didn't have our children go in because they had inappropriate club type music playing. There was a girl behind the counter pulling and picking at her hair. The cook was rude and complained about our "big" order and said it was inconvenient for him to make all that food. Explained we had a lot of hungry kids and he verbally expressed his aggravation in having to make our meal. He then burned some of our food and overcooked the rest and missed some items. We were traveling and it was after midnight. Some people should just be fired. We know this was all intentional because we witnessed the cook's negligence while cooking the food. He ignored it while stuffing his face and having a conversation with the girl who was picking her hair. No body in this Waffle House cares for the customers and customer service is non-existent.

We arrived around 5:30a. The waitress was having a conversation with someone via her earbuds/mic at the same time as taking our order. It was difficult to know if she was talking to us or to whoever she was electronically connected with. However, she got our food quickly and it was all delicious and served hot. Butter was nice and spreadable. We parked our RV with car attached next door at the Sherwin Williams store next door which didn’t open until 7:00 (so we were in and out before anyone needed the Sherwin Williams lot). It was so nice to find a way to get to Waffle House while driving the motorhome.
