Came here New Years morning and walked in to place a to go order. Was looked at, with eye contact, by three employees. None of them did a thing. I stood there for five minutes before a lady finally acknowledged my presence and got someone from the back to take my order. Two of the employees that looked right at me just stood there and did nothing nor said anything to anyone that there was someone to place an order. This place used to be very friendly and attentive to the customers, I guess those days are gone.

Unfortunately, we had Courtney as our server again. She was even worse than the first time we had her. She didn't speak to us, she grunted and pointed to her order pad when it was time for us to order. She is beyond rude. Our orders weren't even close to being right. She never came back. We never saw her again to tell her our orders were wrong, incomplete, cold, etc. I spoke with the manager who never offered to remake our food, or replace what was missing. I went to the counter for EVERYTHING we needed even after speaking with the manager. The manager was as bad as Courtney. Wanda, and Jessica were very polite, and eager to help when I went to get refills at the counter. We used to eat at this Waffle House regularly. Not anymore. The manager obviously has no concern for customer service!

Parking lot had a lot of trash in it.We were the only customers at 9:30 am.Our waitress didn't get our order right and we received our food before our coffee.
Remember me. You guys were sitting outside talking in the doorway when I pulled up in the blue pickup. I ordered a carryout which included a pecan waffle, Tipped the cashier $5. I get home and there's butter and syrup in the bag, but no waffle in sight. Forsyth Road waffle House, Macon GA. Never Again!!! If it wasn't 15 miles away id return it all. Overcharged me by $15 on a to-go order and claimed there was a 20% carry-out fee so I walked out without my food. Edit: Even if there is a carry-out fee, they should have only added on about $7 at the most not $15. (For clarity, my order was two All-Stars, one of which had double hashbrowns, and the only few add-ons were three slices of cheese and tomatoes; no drinks were ordered. The waitress gave me a total of $45!!!)
