I ate at Waffle House yesterday and my throat been so ever since I have been sick do not come here. Food was nasty. Found a roach in my food.

Came here New Years morning and walked in to place a to go order. Was looked at, with eye contact, by three employees. None of them did a thing. I stood there for five minutes before a lady finally acknowledged my presence and got someone from the back to take my order. Two of the employees that looked right at me just stood there and did nothing nor said anything to anyone that there was someone to place an order. This place used to be very friendly and attentive to the customers, I guess those days are gone.

Loved everything except music was too loud, me and my friend had a hard time hearing each other talk and barely could hear our waitress over the music. We love music but not so loud we can't hear each other.

Unfortunately, we had Courtney as our server again. She was even worse than the first time we had her. She didn't speak to us, she grunted and pointed to her order pad when it was time for us to order. She is beyond rude. Our orders weren't even close to being right. She never came back. We never saw her again to tell her our orders were wrong, incomplete, cold, etc. I spoke with the manager who never offered to remake our food, or replace what was missing. I went to the counter for EVERYTHING we needed even after speaking with the manager. The manager was as bad as Courtney. Wanda, and Jessica were very polite, and eager to help when I went to get refills at the counter. We used to eat at this Waffle House regularly. Not anymore. The manager obviously has no concern for customer service!

Parking lot had a lot of trash in it.We were the only customers at 9:30 am.Our waitress didn't get our order right and we received our food before our coffee.
