The food was great and the service was excellent. The All Star Special was the perfect choice for me. I could not even finish it all. This Waffle House had the vibe of a neighborhood restaurant. Everyone was friendly, both staff and customers. Everyone spoke or nodded to you. The restaurant was very clean.

Order online at 10:50 a.m. my order was supposed to be done by 11:03 a.m. I was up here it's now 11:43 a.m. my food is not even been cooked yet so I'm trying to get I'm trying to get a refund on my money and it's going to be a bad situation when I start putting stuff out here when I start putting stuff online about this I'm not very happy it was piss poor service to customers and it will reflect on the business

On the first attempt, the cook burned the fried egg in the sandwich to a charred black. My order was simply a ham, egg, & cheese melt with plain hashbrowns.On the second try, I find a small black wiry hair under the hashbrowns. Disgusting!Third try, still bits of burned specs from the griddle in both the sandwich and the hashbrowns.It crossed my mind to walk out of the establishment. Hair isn't that harmful, other than the slight nausea in my stomach.Despite the cook's multiple attempts, black bits of char remained in the sandwich and hashbrowns. I picked through it while wondering why hair nets are not required.Regardless, I had missed my dinner on the prior evening, so I ate most of the plate.To my surprise, the manager came to my table at the end of the meal.He was gracious enough to give me 10% off my bill. What a great American!

Food was good, if slightly overcooked, but given that a different waffle House was closed, this one seemed to be picking up the local slack very well.Parking: Gets pretty busy around lunch time.Wheelchair accessibility: Has easy access to the door. Also, the spacious parking lot allows for the parking of vehicles with ramps far more easily than a lot of places.

Walked in at 5:25 pm on a Sunday. Light crowd inside, two servers and 1 cook. Seated ourselves since no one spoke to us upon entry. Sat at a booth and made sure contact with booth servers; neither acknowledged us. One table was sitting with drinks less than half full,, but they were clearly waiting for their food. After 10 minutes of sitting and wondering if we were invisible (and neither server interacting with any patron), we got up and left.The younger server finally made eye contact with me as we were leaving; she had a sheepish look on her face as if to say "oops...!" I can't recall ever being completely ignored in a restaurant. This is inexcusable and will cause the failure of this store if it's allowed to continue at any rate.Waffle House has long been known for greeting customers upon entry as well as quick service. This WH failed on both counts.Parking: There was plenty of parking because they weren't very busy but we were ignored for 10 minutes so we left.

I was served by a lady who told me the wrong amount for my food at the cash register. She waited for me to pay for my food after it was cooked to only let me know there was an additional $2 charge. Which she pointed to the sign at the front door and register about the charge. I didn’t have a problem with the $2 but she lied. . For another person who may of been caught off guard and didn’t have the $2 this would have been a problem. These associates need to learn how to deescalate a problem before it starts by being up front and removing and confusion. I’m not sure why she couldn’t be that when she took my order. Poor very poor service.
