Walmart required masks for customers but many staff didn't wear masks in 04/2020-06/2020.Walmart management,staff and security with local and state--law enforcement ultra evil escalation of terrorism,stalking,harassment,assaultive behavior,menacing, racism,etc against black people during pandemic.beyond super evil repulsive racist hatred behavior against black customers before the pandemic.

Worst employees, nasty store, you order from pickup app and when you get there and call the number to let them know you have arrived the number is busy always busy. I have a flip phone no data so that's the only way I can let them know. By the time someone answers the phone and slowly gets the order you could have gone in and gotten the things faster. A pickup boy employee insulting me for not having a smart phone while I asked him twice to just give me my order so I can leave. I've had them say they were out of stock and park, go in the store and the item would be on the shelf. Just pure lazy people and management nonexistent.

Worst customer service EVER!! Sold us used CO2 canisters for $32. We asked when we checked out if they were good as they felt light. They assured us they were. It turned out they were empty and used. Then they refused to return them. We tried to return them a little over 2 hours later as the drive home was an hour. We went to two other Walmart's. No one would help. Buyer beware.

Poorly staffed, pick up order not received. Small order, not a crazy panic order. I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone for grocery pick up. The order was placed 2 days ago, what gives?

All I need to do is pick up my ring I had sized. I went the on 3 different occasions, sat on counter (yep) over 45 minutes. 3 different employees passed by and paged for someone or manager to help me to no avail. Someone else should have an available key to jewelry department. 2 more customers also needed help.

This Walmart has gone downhill in quality, but it is still the best one in Macon. I love the convenient location right there off of Zebulon Rd. Nothing particular stands out about this location that differentiates it from any other Walmart.

They were very rude to us and made us feel horrible because we were getting Wic. I know it’s annoying but you don’t have to be rude to people and mess with food things for their family.

Why did Walmart go up over a dollar a gallon for milk on Zebulon Road in a week's time? Last week it was $2.39 this week it was $3.36 that's about a 50% increase for no apparent reason other than they could! Walmart is suppose to be the cheapest in town but, Kroger has it for $2.19 . My suggestion is don't get screwed like I did

For a Walmart in Macon GA, this is probably as good as it gets. I've been going here my whole life, and it's got a lot better lately. The other Walmart in Macon is so sketchy, dangerous, and unorganized I would prefer this one!! The Subway in the store is nice! They have a large selection of pretty much anything you'll need like groceries, clothes, toys, seasonal, and lots more. You can't expect a Walmart to have amazing workers, but for a Walmart the workers here are pretty nice. I'm glad this Walmart has changed because it used to be nasty with eaten wings on the aisles. I still saw one opened bag of Cheetos there last week! It's Walmart, what do you expect?
Why don't all these Walmarts in Macon and other locations provide the customers with buggies that don't roll like at least one of the wheels is square instead of round. Most I've tried to use lately aggravate a person while their shopping!

I've honestly never been too fond of shopping at Walmart. There are never enough cashiers and always a ton of people there! Of the three locations in the area Zebulon Road is my favorite. Walmart is slowly winning me over though with their grocery pick up service! I absolutely love it! It's super easy and convenient. The associates I've had the pleasure to meet have all been very courteous and friendly. I've never had any issues with my orders, and if I had to have a substitution it's always been something I'm okay with. Today ( Easter Sunday) I was taken care of by a fella named Tay. He just as the others have been was great and I actually found an Easter egg in with my produce which I thought was a nice touch! He also gave me a bag of candy. Super sweet!

Not very Super. I was just lied to at the Service Desk Black Box wines are miss marked on the shelf after I pointed it out to the staff the manager told me it had been corrected. I went back and looked again It was still 3$ wrong. Shelf says 16.98, but rings up as 19.98 And they won't refund the $.

I always love shopping at Kroger's when I visit my son in Georgia. My last visit was right before Thanksgiving and I was a little bit disappointed. It was very crowded as expected due to the holiday. They were restocking the shelves and the boxes were all over the store making it almost impossible to get up and down the isles. Cases and cases of groceries blocked that I always end the shelves. I think it could have been a bit more organized and not so chaotic. I still love Kroger but the restocking should have been handled differently to avoid mass confusion.
