We ordered on the app and dined in. Overall appearance the dining room was cleaned and the beverage area was stocked. The sandwich was hot but the French fries were cold from waiting in the bag until the sandwich was made. My main complaints were the sweet tea tasted watered down and the soda from the fountain was more syrup than carbonation. The women's bathroom stalls were gross and needed a thorough cleaning.

Anytime you visit this location it's ALWAYS a problem from staff . And the management team isn't any better. I visited this location on 12/06/2024 and was greeted with the most disrespectful attitude at the speaker. I thought wow here we go again but prayed my experience would improve got to the window the young lady opened the window I waited to hear my total because I wasn't given it at the speaker . She just stood there looking at me . I asked her and she stated what did you order ? I repeated my order while again she just looked at me . I just handed her my phone since I was tap paying . Asked for my receipt to she replied it's at the next window . Proceed to the next window spoke with JJ the manager and he was just as unconcerned with my complaint. The young lady comes up to that window and proceeds to argue with me while JJ and another manager stands at the window . At this point throw the whole establishment away !! Gray Highway location

Weary travelers looking for a meal, we never know what to expect when getting fast food while out of town. This Wendy's was fast, the staff friendly, and the food was fresh and hot, everything we could have asked for!

Terrible service. Ordered 2 biggie bags with the Jr bacon cheeseburger and small cokes. The lady at the drive thru asks if both orders were biggie bags. We confirm, and she rang us up for 13 dollars. Got the food, and it was only the burgers. We ask where the rest is, and another lady comes up from nowhere and claims we never said biggie bags and that we, in fact, said no to biggie bags. Then,she offers a single order of nuggets for the "mix up" and being charged more for less. A very disappointing experience on a 8 hour drive.

We ordered a double cheeseburger, baconator and kids' meal- all cold. We also attempted to order a caramel frosty unavailable. I'm not sure why I was charged for a baconator for this under cooked half a slice of bacon burger. Totally appalling and a complete waste of $30!! For reference, case number 05194976 no response🧐😞

Excellent experience. I just went for the veteran breakfast and my cashier was so welcoming and friendly. I was served quickly and the crew preparing my food did a phenomenal job. The dining area was exceptionally clean and the meal tasted great! Aweso.e job. Thank you.
