Food cold,looks like some little kid fixed the food.fries old and cold. Ask for no onions and get double onions . Unwrapped the buger and had more ketchup and mustered on top of the burger than inside the bun,it was a mess.

Went to grab a sweet treat for my family, I ordered my food and I got a large and medium frosty (for the amount of money you pay the size definitely doesn't match) and 3 sugar cookies. Got home I was super excited to enjoy it with the kiddos. The cookies were as hard as cement!!! We tried to warm them to see if they would soften and it only made them harder. I get it's nighttime but sheesh freshness would be appreciated and not something that's clearly been sitting all day at least give me the courtesy of telling me they are old and allow me to make the decision if i still want them or not
Lady had bad microphone and was rude, cut us off multiple times. Then we wait 10 minutes for food. Overall, I give it a -1.5 out of 10.

I don't want to email corporate. I don't want anything free or reimbursement. With that said, this was the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The chicken was bad. The chili tasted like tomato soup. The frys were like cardboard. The soda machine was broken and only had hot flat soda. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Went through the drive through . Ordered a #6 large and #7 large and order of chilli cheese fries . What I got was cold regular fries , a chicken sandwich that was what seemed like cooked in a microwave and left under a heat lamp. I work maybe 2.5 minutes from this location and it's piss poor service Everytime. I only stopped this time hoping something changed. And then the lady at the window was very unprofessional to say the least slamming the window. I know it's fast food but , if she is miserable I recommend counseling and a career change .
