How is it every time I order a baked potato and chili no one knows how to put something as simple as sour cream in the bag. Can’t eat it without it, that’s why I made sure to add it TWICE. And I paid extra to doordash it so it so it’s not like i didn’t check the bag before leaving. lame asf.

I simply asked for my double to come directly off the grill, the cashier relayed my message and a young lady responded I don’t GAF! Mgr reached out after the survey with an apology but no remedy for me personally. I haven’t heard from corporate either .

The service was abousloutley horrible they made us pay through the screen and said we couldn’t go tell them the screen would not let us pay and we kept saying this is not working and no one responded. They just ignored us. They kept rolling their eyes in us. At us and they don’t wear gloves when they make your food
Kid-friendliness: They are not kid freindly they rolled their eyes at my kid for no reason and yelled at my kid for no reason and made her cry

Horrible. Lady in the drive-thru told us to wait in the parking lot bc we assumed the food wasn't ready yet. Spent almost 10 minutes sitting and waiting for the food b4 my mom gets up and walks in to retrieve it herself. Turns out they forgot about our order and was just goofing around like they didn't have a customer waiting. (i quickly got over my anger bc they gave me extra chicken nuggets on accident.) Horrible service. Will not be eating there EVER again.

I found a piece of black plastic in my burger. I’m contacting corporate about it because this is unacceptable. My teeth actually hurt because I was obviously was not expecting a HARD piece of plastic to be present in my burger. I absolutely want to be either refunded or compensated in some way. That is a health hazard and could have been dangerous had it been given to a child. Below is front and back pictures of the plastic that I took out my mouth after taking my couple bites.

Drive-thru food was not hot. Gave a scarce amount of fries with the biggie bag. I asked for a sweet and sour sauce but they left it out. I said it twice. My cookie tasted crumbly instead of fresh.
I went to this Establishment today after ordering my food I asked the young lady if my food could please be fresh and she replied yes. When I received my order my fries were cold and half filled. I sent it back and all she did was dropped the same old fries into the grease and gave them back. They could barely hand me my food from laughing. I don’t know who the management team is but they need better training so they can give that same training to their team members. This is unacceptable. Please do better.

This place is a joke I have stop two days in a row first time they didn’t have any eggs for there sandwich’s and the drive up is a joke they won’t even take your order this morning I set waiting for 5 mins was never waited on so two days in a row wasn’t able to order won’t be back
