The manager took our order very friendly. They even had an employee that stopped at tables to not only check on the people, she was kind enough to refill some soda for an elderly couple. Never seen customer service like that!!!

Cold frys, rude service. Carbonated coke with no flavor in the drive thru and the inside lobby. Rude manager, on phone constantly. Everyone's dragging their feet. 20 minutes wasted.
This wendys is hit or miss. They didn't have chocolate frosty their fries were warm this time they are usually hot (guarantee) and you must check your bags they will definitely put the wrong burger in there. We ordered a son of a bacon actor and brought home a lil burger .

I'd give this Wendy's a zero stars if I could . My spouse and I waited for 10 minutes at the counter to place an order. When you are waiting for food for your drive thru, there's no reason on God's green earth to not pay attention to the people who are in front of you instead of shaking the sack. It's called Multi tasking.You can only shake it so many times. It's not going to change shapes or sizes. Not one employee even acknowledged anyone . We weren't the only ones who were waiting to place orders at the register. The kiosks are stupid, it makes the employees not have to work. It's not that hard to say Welcome to Wendy's How may I help you? Are you that afraid of people you can't talk to customers? We as customers are your bosses. If you don't have customers, you don't have business. You don't have business, you don't get a paycheck. Simple logic. I'm not racist by any means but I didn't see one white employee, so you mean to tell me that colored people are who you can hire ? What's wrong with this picture? It makes your company and your race look incompetent. I'm embarrassed. I'm not from Georgia,we don't treat people like this in the mid west. The sad thing is even the Manager had the same mentality of not assisting customers. The manager should be the example and be the first person to acknowledge the customer. Even, if we've been helped you are doing your job by asking. If I was the Regional manager of that Wendy's. As Donald Trump Says YOU'RE FIRED. I'd clean house and restructure the restaurant. You'd think I have a business degree, I don't know crap about business or being a Manager. I just know logic and have over 20+ years as a Customer Service Representative. Oh ya I worked at MCDONALD'S when I was 18. I have to choose something to post. I'd recommend a cookie.
Parking: Very crowded. Drive thru wasn't moving fast enough so it was blocking the parking spots.
