Service was spectacular and the overall experience okay. Everything was relatively clean, but the Fries were cold, there were no containers to put ketchup in; and the drink machine wasn't quite up to par, because the touchscreen doesn't work properly, but I will definitely return again.

They are so rude. These children have no manners which says a lot what’s the point in hiring these children to get you a bad rep ??? I don’t know if this is the new face for Wendy’s but I know ill never come to this location again yall need to make some changes I advise for you district managers to check the cameras because it is very obvious that you are paying them to run away your customers, hold up the counters and be on their phone. No one had any name tags but I just left and I said the last time I wasn’t coming back but tried to give the location another chance and they failed miserably. What happened to customer service being number one, besides the food, bad customer service will actually run away people and make them not want to patronize your establishment so I say to the district managers you need to get on your job and clean house thoroughly because me and my family will never come back to this location.

All of the food that we ordered which was a chili, bacon cheeseburger, medium Dr pepper, medium Frosty, small hamburger plain and a small fry, was there today. But they left out a free trial bonus of a four count chicken fingers. I guess want people to try the product but if you don't put the product especially if it's free in the bag, how can people try it!?

Store was clean and holiday decorations were up. 5-6 employees working. I stood at register while 2 different employees walked back in forth, no greeting or attention to my being there. I ordered the double stack biggie meal.... I was the only person in there with an order. It took 10 minutes to get me my order. The fries were not fresh. The cheese was not melted on my luke-warm burger... the nuggets were hot. Not a great trip to Wendy's.
Please! Tell your employees, they are at work. And that smart mouth is NOT the way you treat paying consumers. Whoever working the window at 1745 (4 Sep 2025), shouldn't be working at No One Job!!! And tell her she need to read the sign. (menu)

Very disappointing - spicy chicken s'wich was freshly cooked, but way overdone! The chicken was just about inedible. Prices (like so many places) were ridiculous for the little value. I really need to get over my fond, but OLD, memories of Wendy's as a good place to stop.

We stopped at this Wendy’s and unfortunately had a poor experience. The coupon scanner wasn’t working and held us up for a while, then it took about 10 minutes for our food to be ready. In the dining room, the Coke Freestyle machine was out of Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Dr. Pepper, and Fanta, and all of the ketchup dispensers were empty. Overall, it was frustrating and not a great visit.
