The Establishment was dirty from the cashier to the preparer they were absolutely rude. I went in there and I got an order for a family of five the cashier was upset because I got five large fries which then in turn made the preparer upset because I had five large fries. A few moments behind the counter I noticed a personal fryer with basket (see picture) that will fit maybe four cups of fries. My fiance and I decided to go outside and wait for our order to be done. I'm assuming their peak hours had began, people began to pour in. The preparer then announces, "the reason why there was going to be a wait was because ,( then points to my fiance and I) and say, they ordered five large fries. When in actuality the reason for the wait was because they had a personal hand fryer versus an industrial size fryer. All in all my fiance and I paid for meal which came to about 80 bucks for family of five. We received horrible customer service throughout the entire ordeal. We were publicly humiliated because we have a large order for our family, only find the food subpar. I won't hold the WHICH WHICH itself accountable, but do better. HOWEVER I will try a different location hopefully it's better than the last.

The people are polite, friendly and patient, especially if it's your first visit to Which Wich. The sweet tea is very good and the french dip sandwich is absolutely delicious!! I will definitely be visiting a Which Wich soon.

I have driven past this place many time while waiting in line at Starbucks. I finally went in and to my surprise I loved it! The order process is a little different but it works. I will definitely eat here again!!

I love coming to this location! The food is good. And the customer service is awesome! I have never had a problem here. I usually order online and go in and get it. They greet me as soon as I walk in and let me know the status of my order. And they always remind me to get my chips and drink ! (I usually forget) Thank you for keeping your awesome attitudes and awesome customer service during these frustrating pandemic times!

It's your standard sandwich shop. I think the menu is much better than Subway, but it does take forever to get your food. We waited about 15-20 minutes. I must say....their fries are pretty great, especially with their own made sauce (similar to dijon mustard). The fries were crunchy and not soggy, so it was a double win with me. The sandwich itself was just average. I got the brunchwich and thought it would be a bit bigger.

Very disappointed with the manager of this location. His failure to enforce the social distancing rules for his store. His failure to try to encourage an offensive customer who was failing to social distance or a stand on the designated stickers for social distancing on the stores floor. It is fine to post placards to encourage people to social distance in your store but not eve commentate to a customer who is not social distancing is unacceptable. This experience makes me feel Panera Bread is not a place that deserves my business.

I can say with confidence I just had the worst and weirdest customer experience in my life at this location. I walked in and filled out my sandwich order. Walked to the counter to have my order taken. The lady at the counter just kept yawning over and over, walking away and back to the POS system and staring at it. I stood there for at least 5 mins. Mostly weirded out but halfway wanting to try the food here because I heard it was good. I ended up just having to take my son and leave after a 5 min standoff at the counter with the person working there. Insane. I would like to give this place the benefit of doubt as maybe this person was about to quit or didn't care. But I won't go back there and I guess I'll never get to try the food here.

As close or as busy as they are to the hospital, service would be good or hire a professional or friendly people to work here. Not too impressed. Could be a lot better experience but a bad worker ruined things. I must of went to a bad time or bad shift. Good food though.
