Absolutely great we had a great dining experience our server. I can't remember his name but he wear glasses and he told us he only been working there 3 months. He really gave us ? customer service.
Ashley, Claire, Nicki, Dani, Jessica, Molly, Lindsay, and I (Rachel) come here often just to let loose and watch the game. Our waiter was great!! We'll close the place down tonight! Highly recommend !
We haven't been in a Wild Wing Cafe in years, so it was good to see one in Macon!!! Seating and service was quick and food was tasty. WARNING!!! Review your tab before paying. The gentleman at the bar altered our ticket TWICE by adding things we didn't order. Shouts out to Kenneth for correction.

Not a good experience today. They may not have had the best talent in the kitchen this afternoon. My Chicken Feathers arrived to the table dry, overcooked and chewy, like they took friesen strips brushed sauce on, then put them under a burner for too long. They even looked inedible.
My wife’s however, were visually appealing, moist , thicker, not over cooked or dry.
Maybe it’s “hit or miss”, which is unfortunate. For me, today , it was …miss

One of the better wing places out there as far as flavor and wings but place is really noisy and packed,service was slow ,had to wait a while for food and one time they completely forgot our order while dining in and waited almost an hour before figuring out and getting food.

My husband and myself had the best time ! Had some delicious lemon pepper wings 25 price served with celery my husband had sweet tea and I order a drink the server made me special drink and it was delicious..awesome service the gentleman that brought our food was amazing. I can't remember anyone name lol ? but we set in the patio smoking area but we don't smoke lol

We been going to wild wings for 15 plus years on average once a week. We always sit at the bar with friends from time to time We always received exceptional services at the bar with Wyendell and others. Many times in the past 15 plus years the bar has been shorthanded. We still receive exceptional service, Yes, we had to wait a bit while Wyendell and others are running taking care of everyone still the service is exceptional. Patience now days is a must every business works hard to staff their establishments fully and it continues to be a struggle. I can attest to staffing issues in my own business and we do our very best to give world class customer service, but there are those customers who believe patience is reserved for others. Thus give a one star google review CRAZY right. We have to let these customers go and spend the time giving exceptional customer service to those who continue to drive our business forward. Those who give one stars please take the time and be PATIENCE have some understanding, most if not all businesses want to give customers world class service!!

The bartender I believe his name is Wendell is TERRIBLE. He is extremely rude. He will not look at you in the face, will not listen to your order without rushing you. I had to write my order on a napkin and flag him down to grab it. He walks away while you are speaking. I understand he is busy but this is the 3rd time I’ve sat at the bar and this has happened. I love this place but he needs to be put in the kitchen so he doesn’t have to communicate with the public. I’ll walk over to Texas Roadhouse if I see him at the bar from now on.

I went to hear the reggae group, Dubshak. They were wonderful, as always. The service was good. The fried mushrooms didn't have a taste, but the Buffalo chicken dip was good. I haven't been here in a while, but I'd go again, especially if Dubshak returns!
Parking: Being located at the mall makes parking simple.
