I almost broke a tooth with how dry these wings are. The wings are tiny. The fries are so over done it crumbles to dust when you eat them. I waited for 30 minutes on a day that wasn’t busy. The guy up front was polite.

Naelyn is literally such an amazing employee. She really cares about customer satisfaction and the energy was at an all time high when i visited wing stop. It was so worth the 1 hour drive.

Second time visit, first time was tons better than this visit. Ordered 15 Extra Extra crispy (10 Lemon Pepper and 5 Mild, one dry rub and one sauce), fries, and a drink. I got chewy and soggy wings that were not crispy in any sense and were drenched in a butter or something that completely killed the flavor before they "lightly sprinkled" the seasoning on it. There was little to no flavor at all. The fries were soggy and had a sweet taste to them. Nothing like my first visit a few months ago, crispy everything and plenty of flavor. The drink was the only good thing unfortunately. Called and I was told that the wings wouldn't be crispy because of the sauce on them. But, I ordered most of them with their so called "DRY RUB." No offers or anything to make the situation better. I've been to many other establishments that had the extra crispy with a sauce. Never going back.

I just placed a to go order got home my Louisiana rub wings was wet they said they always wet you have to ask for them dry n I have purchased from there multiple times and not once have they been wet nor have I been asked do I want them wet I called back got stank attitude and basically it's my fault cuz I didn't say dry when even the website say dry

Well… service is fast, as soon as I entered someone took my order. The wait was not long. But they forgot to give me fries and they gave me extra corn. ??? I have never received an exact order, something is always wrong, but it’s not only this Wingstop but all of them.

These people are unbelievably rude here. The wings were good and I really liked the Cajun corn. The fries were cold and limp. I paid $5 extra for drums only and still got flats. I won't be back because their attitudes sucked. There are wing places everywhere, you aren't the only game in town. Step up your professionalism or prepare to lose business.

The female working behind the counter scratching her nasty weave and handling food without washing her hands was the meanest female ever. Just no manners whatsoever. Fussing at customers and deliberately trying to escalate a light issue that wasn't even worth mentioning. Disrespectful to the customers. Extremely unprofessional. The manager was a wimpy man who let it happen. They do not know how to handle rush hours at all. No class whatsoever. Nasty restroom and no restroom for the men I guess. DO NOT come here or you may receive food with dandruff flakes.

Do not order food from this place. The wings were undercooked. They were not cooked all the way. This is unsanitary and can cause their customers to get sick. They were so undercooked, I had to put my wings in the oven to recook them. I ordered the Lemon Pepper Wings and there was no LP flavor on the wings but GREASE. I'm assuming they're not using a meat thermometer to test when the food is cooked & not draining the grease off the wings. Also, the carrots I ordered tasted old & they tasted spoiled. I don't suggest anyone to order food from here.
