Soggy lettuce strewn about inside of the wrapper and sandwich, floppy bread. Not at all like the all other Zaxbys. At least it tasted and looked cooked. And the flavor of the chicken was good.

I dont eat Zacbys a lot Cartersville because the quality sucks but decide to stop at this one while out of town and it killed it. The chicken was perfect and fries best I've ever had at a zaxbys. Good amount of seasoning and the toast was perfect. No extra charge for the sauce was awesome. The sweet tea was perfect. I wish my zaxbys was like this.

Drove thru.. got the zax box with a 5 off coupon.... 20 tenders, 2 fries, 4 bread for only 27 dollars. So fresh and hot I had to wait to eat. This Zaxby's has got it down pat. 🤩

Not a good experience. People were not satisfied with portions. The chicken fingers and the egg rolls were fried too long. They were one step from being burnt. The place itself was not clean looking.

$60 mobile order, 5 different meals, and no sauce given, not even the extras that were paid for. Cheesecake bites with no syrup sure was what I wanted too. Do better.
