Ordered through the app, was missing 2 large fries and 4 sauces, called restaurant and the guy wanted to make excuses and not take accountability for food not being in the bag. Spent $60 on food and was not able to eat any of it.

Was never so sad for a place to be closed for renovations. Keeps the school up the road well fed. Great and kind employees!

Man.........I visited this place for lunch & the food came out nice & hot but boy was it salty! I'm not one to send my food back but I certainly thought about it. After a couple seconds, I remembered the food also being salty on my last visit. I'm going to have to steer clear of this place b/c they add far more salt to the chicken than I can stand.

I always enjoy eating lunch here friendly staff and great food. However today in a hurry I left my wallet and Ms Tiffany found it. She put it up and waited for me to return. Nothing missed nothing touched. So thankful for honest people like her.

The Macon GA Riverside Drive Location. Good service, Food cooked perfectly.
Just not the Zaxbys I remember from the past decades when the tenders were large and tasted like chicken not salt blocks. The wings used to be good sized and not processed to death where now the meat falls off the bone. That's not natural. The wings sauce is unrecognizable from days past. Like what is it? Zaxbys you sold out to profits and stiffed your customers on quality and taste. Grade F-

I ordered curb side pick up. Said it be out in 8 mins. It is now 28 mins past. I am sitting in the car with my special needs child that loves Zaxby's, but we are not coming to this one again. Staff is lazy, and keep looking at us, well aware we are here, leaning against the counters and talking. I want my son's birthday money back. This is ridiculous!

Every time I place an order for my son to pick up, the order is completely wrong, if we order not sauced it comes sauced. Just a mess, the store wouldn’t help us, the customer service is below subpar. Corporate was helpful, but since it’s individually owned, they’re limited to do anything.

Check your food before you leave is my best advice. Outside of that when the food is correct it’s good, typical Zaxby’s most of the time.

This is the worst zaxbys in town. I’ve been here multiple times because it is near my house & they literally NEVER get my order correct. Specifically the sauce, which is pretty important when it comes to chicken tenders. I never write reviews or complain but it’s just ridiculous. I hate this zaxby’s so much!! How hard is it to listen when I say I want ranch no zax??? They can never get it right here, they just do whatever that want. AWFUL AND RUDE!!!
