Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went to Zaxby's on Watson in Centerville. Took over 35 minutes to receive my food

Every time I come to this one they always serve trash food
Or missing something which sucks because it’s the closest one to me but tonight
Tea taste old and nasty
My sons grilled cheese was burnt rock hard
My kicken chicken was burnt rock hard
They didn’t put anything but ranch on them no buffalo sauce so they are just ranch and tenders
Went big on both me and my wife’s order and only had like 7 fries a piece smh get yall crap tougher

I don't think I'll go there anymore. I got the Asian salad and egg rolls. The lettuce was terribly wilted, Asian slaw on top was definitely old. Smelled weirdly sour and they burned my egg rolls. I guess if it's not chicken, they don't care. I'm very disappointed

My food was horrible. It was cold and dry. I ordered nuclear wings and they had no sauce on them. I asked for spicy zax sauce and just got regular. I was truly disappointed with my order.

Each time I visit this location’s drive-thru, I consistently receive poor customer service from a young woman working the window who has brown hair and neck tattoos. She does not greet customers or acknowledge a thank-you, which creates an unfriendly experience. I hope management will address this so that all guests receive the courteous service expected at this restaurant

The service been really great lately. We always receive fresh salad and no missing sauces or utensils. And the workers always greet us warmly. I think they deserve a raise in salary or at least some cash bonus. This store got some really good worker. We are always satisfied

Best Zaxbys I've been to. Food was delicious, tasted fresh. Best customer service too. Ordered it and got their quicker than I thought I would. They saw me waiting and took the time to come out and explain they were working on my order and it would be 6 minutes. Most places wouldn't do that. They'd make you ask them and then not give you an estimate. They even gave me a free drink for my wait. But it wasn't long at all. Great place!

I placed an online order for a wings and things meal and received boneless and traditional wings instead of my traditional winds and fries. My wings were also barely coated in sauce and the girl at the window was not on top of it. Really wish I would have just saved my money or went elsewhere. I just don’t understand how one of your most popular meals can be that confusing.
