Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I was a customer for lunch, not to mention the busiest time of the afternoon. The manager Gavin was my cashier at the time. His patience and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. I myself were in management for 20 years and I must say I was very impressed with the entire crew was professional and kind. As a former manager I am well aware that your staff is only as good as their leader. Great place to eat! Fantastic leader and crew! We will definitely be back!

Came to Zaxby's on bass road for a quick lunch with family. We had two salad's and chicken tenders and fries. Gavin gave us outstanding customer service he is an asset to your company.

Food took 32 mins and my friends only took 4 mins and when i received my order of a nibblers meal it was purposely shaken up and sauce was everywhere in the box never coming back vary bad service lady was rude

One of the employees (it was a girl) was very rude to a women of Hispanic descent. She was very unprofessional and made me and my child very uncomfortable and it was not a nice nor a comfortable place to dine in with my child.

Someone stole my uber eats order and they remade it for me after hours I was so happy!

I ordered 2 orders of the cheddar bites, once I got home I noticed the amount was not appropriate, nor the same as another zaxbys I went to.

Placed a mobile order through the app went to pick up through drive through. Fries were missing from the order so I went in and told them it was missing from my mobile order. Cashier gave me attitude multiple times about MY ORDER. Then proceeded to tell the cook to cook a fry real quick bc “apparently” they left it off the order. Definitely not the first time they’ve left off stuff from my order.

The worst! I’ve given this place several chances, but after what happened today.I’m never going back. Take my advice and go the location at presidential parkway or hartley bridge rd!

Ronin was the most amazing cashier I've ever experienced in my life, if they are minimum of 100k a year they have no idea what they have.
