Terrible place to stop. We were told we had to wait 10 minutes for our wings. The drink machine was out of all drinks so we waited and still got drinks that were out of syrup. We asked for straws and the girl looked at us like we were crazy. They brought our stuff to the car but we had to go back in to get flatware for our salads and napkins. I’ll never come here again.

Wanted original wings and things they gave me boneless and cold.The lady at the window did not even acknowledge me . Come on people a hello or a thank you goes a long way.Will never come back.

Went there today with my co-worker, no one greeted us, there was an employee behind the register,eating, but wasn't trying to help us. So another girl walks up and stretches her eyes but says nothing. She never asked us could we be helped or has anyone helped us she just stood there. So I didn't get anything, and my co-worker ordered, the girl throws the receipt. After that we asked for the manager. He just stood there, didn't apologize, didn't try to appease us at all, he honestly stood there like he was not interested in what we were saying at all. He seemed afraid of his employees but you could tell that they treat ppl this way on a regular. I'll never spend my money somewhere wherein the customer service is like this! They were rude and very unprofessional. My co-worker asked for a refund, he then tried to tell us they have no corporate contact so basically we'd be wasting our time trying to complain. I work in customer service and I know that you should never treat people that way. I honestly hope that place gets shut down, or fire the whole staff and hire new people with chick Fila customer service!

I placed an order in the drive thru at 8:15pm I get to the window only to be told sorry.. we don’t take cards right now we just closed down the dining room. Of course I didn’t have the $30 in cash. Why would you close down the card machine 45 min early and on top of that not let someone know at the drive through? ??♀️
