Service was decent but food was TRASH! Fries were unseasoned boneless wings were cold I ordered sweet tea and the sweet tea had no sweetness. I really wish I would have turned around and asked for a refund.

Ordered 20 boneless wings in total . Both orders were cold and not what I had hoped for at all. The new tacos, tried them both but they were mediocre and overpriced.
Zaxby’s has been steadily declining in service and food quality for some time now . With prices getting higher every day, I have decided to delete my Zaxby’s app after being a loyal customer since 2003 . Great job , central Georgia!!

Ordered and paid for 3 meals with 3 coleslaws. Got to the window, they only provided me with 2 forks, I asked if I could have another fork since I had 3 meals and 3 coleslaws. The response was that they are .25 cents. For a fork. For my meal. That I bought. Yikes.

The older, darker toned, African-American woman, who works the drive thru, refuses to speak. She gets very snappy at the slightest request. Literally balked at giving me a receipt. I will avoid Zaxby's going forward. If you can't be kind and hospitable, don't come to work.
I'm an African-American Male, so this isn't racial. This was my experience today at zaxby's.

I’m a truck driver that walks from the circle k to your zaxbys and it’s so worth it every time the food is always fresh the staff is phenomenal and the store is always clean thank you for doing service the right way 5-5

The girl outside in the booth had a bad attitude. The white chick that works at the window handing food out has the worst attitude I've ever seen. She had a disgusting look in her face. This isn't the first time the employees act like they have better things to do. I will not be coming back to this location. I would rather drive to Warner Robins

Not sure I can say anything more to convince you to visit Zaxbys. The food, staff, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere sell it w/o my input. It's kinda like God, they were, they are, and they will always be! It's a busy store, but they move fast while keeping the food fresh and warm. Easy in, easy out. This location is right off I-75 amd Hartley Bridge Rd. South of Macon, GA, and is accessible from north or south.
