The place has that easy, casual fast‑food vibe: bright, simple décor, booths and tables for friends or families, and a steady hum of chatter and orders being called out. It doesn’t pretend to be fancy and I like that; it just lays out what it does best.
I got a Chicken Fingerz plate with a side of crinkle fries and a drink — and yep, the chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the breading had just enough crunch. I dipped a couple in their signature sauce (which I appreciated — it’s part of what stands the food apart) and it added a good punch of flavor without overdoing it. The fries were hot and salty, the kind you’d expect when you want comfort‑food simplicity.
What makes Zaxby’s work is how consistent it feels: portions are solid, taste is predictable, and there’s a relaxed energy whether you eat in or grab take‑out. I ordered a kicking chicken meal with 4 sauces, 2 that came with the meal and I paid for the extra two. I got the order via drive thru, checked it (because it is legitimately wrong 4/5 times), and saw I was short two sauces. I waited to try and catch the window employees eye... And I waited... So I holed to try to get her attention. Still nothing. At this point I am PISSED. Right as I'm about to literally knock on the glass another employee comes to the window. The girl that gave me my order argued that I only get 2 sauces. I told her I PAID FOR THE EXTRA TWO. I'm so done.

Love zaxbys & this one is the second closest to my house. Always 10/10 team members. Hit or miss on fast service like every location & also like every location 6/10 chance if the fries have seasoning.

I’d genuinely give this location zero stars if I could. The last 3 times we’ve been the order was wrong. At this point I don’t think it’s a fluke, just trash service and no quality control.

My fries were horrible!!! Every inch was drenched in salt. I've never had this happen at Zaxby's. Do better Zax!!!

Chicken was salty, and tea was too sweet. Fries were over-seasoned, and the bread was under-buttered. The wait to even be acknowledged then have my order taken was long. One of the team changed the trash without gloves.
