ZERO STARS. Received the WRONG order TWICE. After waiting at the restaurant for over 20 minutes, I arrived home 10 minutes before closing, so I called the store notify them of their mistake (intending to return for a refund the following day). The manager, Charlie, was a prick; when I said it was “10 minutes until closing, so I’ll come by tomorrow” he responded with “I’ll be here for the next hour” and hung up on me. When I called back, instead of apologizing like an intelligent manager would, he was accusatory and completely feigned caring, trying to act like I was the one who ended the call. The young lady who we spoke to at the window was very polite, upbeat, and apologized for her mistake- completely OWNED the mistake. Apparently she’s new, so that’s understandable, and her attitude was complete entitled crap like her manager’s. Anyway, Chick-fil-a is right down the road, quicker, and doesn’t make mistakes. Huey Magoo’s is nearby and opening soon, so we’ll be fine without the slow chicken at Zaxby’s. 🙄

Stopped and ate at this location while heading down to Florida. Walked in and restaurant was clean and bathroom was tidy. Employee taking our order was very sweet, the manager was up front helping and keeping an eye on things. Picked a booth to sit at and got our beverages, we had a short wait on our food. They called our name and our meals were piping hot, freshly made to order. We both had the chicken sandwich with pickles and sauce, the bun was fresh. Fries were crinkle cut and right out of the fry basket. Excellent meal, prices the going rate. Will stop at this location again. We were pleased! Debbie/ Mich

Chicken was tender and juicy (as always).
Fries today were soggy and lacked seasoning . The fries were literally white in color, only one had seasoning on one end. NO crisp when bit into.

We don't eat Zaxby's often, due to the prices being high, but when we do, it is this one and it's always delicious and friendly.
