Very nice people , lady who was working the counter caught a mistake from the kitchen and had it fixed before we even noticed it😁. Super on the ball.

I went to the Zaxby’s on Zebulon Road after I got off from work. I went to the drive-through. I sat there for 4 1/2 minutes no one answered, I really love this one so I drove around to the window the little young guy that was Working this Sunday 9/8/24 around 315pm I placed my order. He told me to pull up a little little bit. Someone would be right out, seven cars was served and I was still sitting there until I went inside and talked to the manager. He was very nice I just told him to refund my card, horrible service. You????

The food is ok, but it fails to hold up to Chick-fil-A. The service is getting worse every time I go.

The big guy in the back they said his name is big AL I'm not from Macon and family advised me to check this spot. I was not disappointed! The food was hot and full of flavor. I travel alot and next time I come through macon this will definitely be a go to spot for me. The staff was welcoming and very fast accurate with service. You guys are the definition of a family oriented great food restaurant. Thank you!
