Asked for a grilled chicken biscuit for breakfast. The doctor banned fried food for me! The folks here were very accommodating and friendly. They made my grilled chicken biscuit to order and it was delicious! They were pretty busy so my off the menu request would have been denied at most fast food places. These folks are very nice and professional.

I love Bojangles chicken but the service here is poor something is short every time when using drive thru today had me wait at the speaker then pulled me forward at the window was in the drive thru 15 minutes waiting on 1 chicken sandwich then when I got my order no straw and no napkins in the bag

Our food was fine but the service was horrible. We ordered a combo with a starry to drink. We pulled up and they didn’t give it to us. We said we were missing it and the workers argued and said that we weren’t. We told them we may have made a mistake and we didn’t mind paying for it now and they kept arguing and rolling their eyes. Finally one girl just got our drink for us while the other cashier kept rolling her eyes and yelling at us

Food was decent. they messed up our order, but fixed it after we pulled through the drive through. we had a terrible experience dinning in. The door said their dining room was open until 9pm, but they told us they were going to close it at 8:30 so we had to leave in the rain and eat in our car.
