It is much better to order your food to go because you get more. When you get it to go, your side items are in a cup and you get a lot more beans in a cup than you do on the plate. We will know this next time. The food was delicious.

Love this Bojangles! The workers are so friendly and hospitable. Every time I walk in there I feel joy. What a great atmosphere. I can tell they love Jesus in that place!! They just love everyone that comes in the door!

They have the new AI taking orders at the drive-thru so I ordered the grilled chicken and opted to make it a club. Price seemed off so before I paid I asked to make sure. Girl said it showed the club so I proceeded. Well as you can see I got a mayo filled half grilled chicken strip. Who eats this much mayo. Looked like the bottle top fell off when they was making this bs… never again!!!

I have stopped going, the AI-automated drive-thru systems is horrible. if you can't pay a human to take the drive thru orders. then close your doors.
Robot taking the order at the drive through was irritating. Then the lady at the window wasn't very friendly. Forgot my sauce so I had to go back. Do better. Thanks.

My family and I came here on our way home when we walk in they was sitting down laughing and joking seem like they was debating if they wanted to help us. Then trying to find a table they had phone cords plugged up at table with their headset they need to order food along with a messed all over the floor and tables. While trying to get our drinks there was roaches running in the drink machine and counter.
