“This was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and that alone speaks volumes.The food was also really good. We had a party of 6 and everyone tried something different, and no one was disappointed with their choice. We all highly recommend the Mac and cheese!”

“Hart and Crown was such a good addition to the Downtown Madison. I've eaten here several times and always have the saem wonderful experience.Most recently, I was blown away by the Hanger Steak entree with incredibly tasty charred broccolini. And they have fantastic burgers! I'm not entirely sure what red dragon cheese is, but we should be putting that on everything!Shout out to the bartender for making me a delicious mocktail Paloma!”

“What a delightful experience we had from start to finish! The room is lovely, and the seating exceptionally comfy! Our party of 4 ordered a variety of items and loved all of them. Service was beautifully coordinated and timed. We were thrilled with the bottle of wine we shared, which was one recommended for the chef’s menu.”

“I'm sitting here at the Madison Chili Cook-off listening to a reggae artist sing country and Michael Jackson. Saw the sign that said fried catfish and knew what I'd be eating. Boy, lemme tell ya. This is the best damn catfish I've ever had, and I've had it all over the country.I got four pieces, some greenbeans, and a cornbread fritter for nine bucks. Let me just say this. Damn. These folks just got themselves a lifetime customer.”

“This place is truly a must eat at in Madison. My wife and I started with cocktails (Dirty Martini with blue cheese stuffed olives and an Old Fashioned). Both delicious! Had the Black Mussels for an appetizer. They were good but it was too much of a milk broth and no flavor of white wine or shallots. Also needed to be served with some hard bread to dip in the broth. Entrees my wife had the Salmon and I had the Ribeye. Both were incredibly delicious. Overall great service and meal, just wish the mussels were a little more flavorful.”

“Hands down the best chicken you will find in Northeast Georgia. The lemon pepper flavor is to die for. I absolutely love the concept of the restaurant. Not to mention the service and music is always on point. It's a small hole in the wall, but that makes it a keeper in my book. Keep up the great work. I hope ya'll can maybe expand up closer to Athens one day so I don't have to drive so far to get my fix! :)”

“I didn’t have one thing that was mediocre. The meats are good and smoky, the potato salad was just like my mom’s, the pimento cheese is good and strong- and don’t get me started on the sweet tea. Thanks for a great meal.”

“It was several years ago that I was there. I was with my sister who had , had a stroke and my elderly dad. While I tried to manage my tray and my dads, my sister struggled with hers. One of the line servers noticed our situation and came from behind the counter to help. The food was amazing. The customer service was great and very much appreciated. We will stop by anytime we are in the area. Again thank you for helping.”

“Surprise, surprise! Who would have thought this little place in Madison Georgia was going to be so good. I was just not expecting this kind of quality. Some other places are hit or miss. This was a hit with me. I will be back. If I could offer any advice, it would be to freshen up the decor and brighten the place up a little. My review is based on the food. Service I found to be very attentive.”

“Had a fun, quick lunch date with the hubby. The staff were great except for the young lady taking our order. Customer service doesn't suit her. Washington Burger with fries and a shake! Yummy! Onion rings and a soda for the hubby.”

“Great place for chicken fajitas, almost every time we go out for Mexican we order chicken fajitas and this place didn't disappoint, there was plenty of chicken plenty vegetables and for a small fee you can add guacamole which we always do. The iced tea was very good not one bit watered down. They gave us four shells actually we got five there was more than enough to feed the two of us for dinner and we brought some home so we can have a late night snack with him. Will be back here again.”

“Some mistakes should never be fixed. Last time I was here I went in and ordered. Went and grabbed some lemonade with my meal. To my surprise it was carbonated. Let me tell you what. That was the best damn lemonade I've ever had. Please don't fix it!!!”
