Service was very slow not enough staff to run the kitchen. Therefore, food has taken a long time to be served . The biscuit bengit appetizers were not fully cooked doughy I sent those back. Used the CB app to add our name to waiting list. Seated right away and our server, Heather was exceptional. Greeted us with a beautiful smile, engaging, and treated us like family. So rare these days. Our food came out quickly and everything was very good. Great experience all the way around but Heather is the reason we will be back.

Recently had a family reunion at Hard Labor State Park had Cracker Barrel Carter the event. Food was delivered in timely manner, food was excellent, didn't the first complaint, only problem turned out to be to many left overs because of no shows. Would highly recommend Cracker Barrel as the caterer for an upcoming event.
