Everything was perfect! I can’t remember our waitress’ name. She was young and red headed and very good! I loved the peach sweet tee and black berry jelly. First of all, I LOVE Cracker Barrel and this is the first time I have ever been disappointed in the food! I ordered the hamburger steak with green beans and turnips! The side were perfect but the hamburger steak was tough and dry! No one asked us how everything was so I ended up not saying anything!

Used the CB app to add our name to waiting list. Seated right away and our server, Heather was exceptional. Greeted us with a beautiful smile, engaging, and treated us like family. So rare these days. Our food came out quickly and everything was very good. Great experience all the way around but Heather is the reason we will be back.

On Wednesday March 20th, my husband and I came and ate at Cracker Barrel. We had been driving all day and just needed to stop for a bite. After getting our meal, I was not satisfied with the flavor of the whitefish I ordered. Something about it just wasn’t right. So the Server took it back and I ordered meatloaf. When I received the meatloaf again, something just wasn’t right so I figured at this point it was me and I sent it back and told the Server just forget about it. After a couple of minutes the manager, Brandi, Came to our table. We did not ask our Server for a manager she just came by. She said that she wanted to come and check on us because we had already sent back two meals and she wanted to make sure that we had dinner tonight. I told her I was fine don’t worry about it. I had a couple of biscuits. She insisted that she would find me something I’d like And get it right because she did not feel like it was fair that I came in to eat and would leave hungry. Again I told her I was fine it was no big deal because The food was probably me because I was so exhausted from traveling. The reason I am writing this review is because I have never been to a restaurant Where it felt like someone truly cared about me. Brandi went above and beyond to make sure that I had dinner that night. I ended up getting a roast beef dinner and it was amazing. It is not something that I normally would order, but she assured me it was good. I just really felt at home during this visit and I have never had a manager go above and beyond like she did. So thank you so much Ms. Brandi— We will return again!!!
