Ordered a chicken dinner. The chicken was almost non edible. The little that I did consume made me really sick. Not the first time that this has happened but I thought after a while of not going there I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. Big mistake.

My family stopped on a Saturday . There was no one ahead of us and one couple at a table, but yet we waited 37 min. For nothing. None of the employees, including the manager, moved with any purpose. I finally asked for a refund and went across the street for food. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone simply because of the lack of customer service, professionalism and purpose....it's not like I received any food to taste and review.

I don't understand how someone with such a bad attitude could be in charge of taking your order. On top of the woman at the window being rude they gave me the wrong biscuit and when we went in to get the right one the same girl from the window put the biscuit back under the heat lamp so someone else could eat it after I had opened and touched the food. It's 10:00 on a Sunday, probably the busiest time of the week, someone with an attitude like that shouldn't be the one talking to all the customers in the drive through.
I had an excellent experience in the Bojangles drive through today! Alex was working the window and he was so pleasant and kind which is so rare in workers these days. I will definitely be back, thank you for the great customer service and delicious biscuit!!

Food was okay the tenders were a little dry. Just while ordering I seen 2 roaches. They definitely need to get pest control in there and do better at whipping down around places there bad at there was a lot of residue on the poles from them.

The chicken is standard, but the sides and service are less than desirable. One Bojangle will cut Boberry biscuits and place with chicken, and others will not. No standard among franchises makes me not want to come back.
