Fish dripping with grease, cold and coleslaw was sour. Very unsatisfied and waited 15 mins on this bad meal. Ordered my meal in drive thru. And mgr just offered to replace the coleslaw. Not worth my time. Lost a long time customer today.

While on a road trip we stopped here to eat and wow everything was great. The young lady at the counter was polite and friendly and gave phenomenal service. The food came out fast and fresh. Everything tasted awesome, the fish is so good! The interior was very clean and welcoming. Thanks so much!!

I went Sunday 10/27 for lunch and watched how the three young ladies worked so hard during after church lunch and was very impressed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, fast at bringing the food out with a smile on their faces and worked so hard. In this day and age, it's hard to see the younger generation work as well and hard as they did. Managers amd oweners, Please show them gratitude and give them recognition!!! You're lucky to have them on your team!!!

How do you forget the fish in a Seafood Feast??? Seriously... We were in a hurry, so we online ordered a seafood feast, picked it up on the way by, got home 35 minutes later and the fish was missing along with the crab cakes, and we ordered 2 slices of cheesecake, one was some funky red velvet that was hard and not edible.
Called the store and the girl literally answered "hello", when I told her what happened she said that she couldn't hear me and hung up. We called back multiple times, and no one would answer...

Food was over-priced but fast-food quality ok. On-break employee in dining area was having a shouting conversation with employees working in kitchen. A couple next to me abruptly got up and changed tables. The man told me a roach crawled under the table and freaked them out. The dining area was not clean, (crumbs on the floor) and my table had stains on it ,had not been recently wiped down. All in all not good. I spent over $18 for 1 regular meal with add. order of 6 hushpuppies. For a couple dollars more I could have eaten at Bonners and gotten a good catfish meal in much better surroundings. I was hungry and it was convenient. Next time I'll wait.
