I ordered fish and Chicken but instead they gave me fish and shrimps and I called the store and told him about it told him I'd bring it after work but once I got there the only thing they say they can only replace the chicken replace because because that the fish have been eating I'm trying to tell them I didn't do it because I am allergic to shrimps so I wouldn't have I wasn't text nothing that have been shrimp have I ever been touched the manager on duty can come to the front so the worker coworker had to walk back and forth back and forth I think the management is it's zero

Sign says they close at 10 doors are locked and employee acted as if she didn’t see me at the door. If you close earlier that should be posted as well. Time is 940 pm on a Saturday.

This used to be decent. Never been a fan but my wife liked it. Service was lazy, no ketchup at the bar, cocktail sauce was out. So when the food was brought I asked for ketchup and cocktail sauce, he said follow me back and I'll give you some, what. Food was cold even the shrimp skewers which I thought was why we were waiting so long? Corn was so bad we didn't eat it. Bad when you can go to Publix and get better fish. Oh one more thing, all this nasty meal cost us $37, really. I thought "meal" meant drinks included nope they are $2.50 a piece.

Expect your business to fail when you hire lazy black people to manage your store and it closes before its advertised time. Arrived at store at 9:15 on 2-2-2024 and the store was already locked up and someone who appeared to be the manager was already counting the register. People these days say they want jobs , but few want to actually work.

I went in to order carryout. The young man who took my order was very courteous. I ordered my usual three piece battered fish meal with coleslaw and fries. Hushpuppies comes with the meal. Everything was good but I do miss the crumbs that used to come with the fish. Good sweet tea too.

Local. New spicy fish & shrimp was not spicy at all, fish stick was ok, shrimp rubbery. Chicken had chewy joint material in 1 piece. Okra & green beans were great, but never again.

This is my first time trying a Captain D as I don’t think we have them up north. I am so glad that I gave them a try. I ordered the southern flounder special which you get to choose 2 sides plus includes 2 hush puppies. For the price, this is perhaps the best value of ALL the bigger named fast food chain restaurants that surround Capital D’s. Plus if you order any type of fried fish sandwich at any other bigger name fast food chain, they almost never have tarter sauce but here they let you take all the tarter sauce you want at the fixing bar. I especially like the sort of modern beach side decor interior design of dining room and the service was friendly. This is just a small tip but up north we usually add a wedge of lemon to squeeze on the fried fish. But other than that, the rice was perfectly flavorful, the broccoli was how I like it, not overcooked and mushy. I would definitely come back!Wheelchair accessibility: At least 2 handicapped only parking spots reserved and one was for handicapped van. Plus ramp for handicapped at curb leading to front 2 door entrance.
