The lady taking my order was very rude from the beginning. Then when I tapped my card, she said the computer was being slow. So I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while many other people got their order taken, because the card reader was slow (only on my register). I got my food quickly, then waited over 10 minutes for my iced coffee, after having gotten my food and letting it get cold. Eventually I asked at the counter for my vanilla iced coffee, another extremely rude employee went to make it for me and made it a regular iced coffee. I told her, kindly, that it was supposed to be vanilla (which it said on my receipt as well). She goes back to make it and I clearly hear her talking about me to another employee, saying I asked for a regular when I asked for a vanilla, and even had it on my receipt. Finally got my coffee and it did not even taste correct but I did not want to stay any longer.
