Chicken was dry, service was terrible and restaurant was dirty. The sad part about this and all Chipotles that I have to is that lately they have declined in service and food quality. I've been eating at Chipotle since 2005 and have noticed a decline in this chain restaurant. A negative pattern has been established!

The young man at this location kept me waiting at the drive thru even after a coworker pointed out that I was waiting. He looked at me and turned away and refused to acknowledge me or take my order. Bad business

Don’t like to leave bad reviews on establishments, understand people have bad days but the service & prep of the food is not good this Friday at lunchtime 9/12 the employees seem like they don’t wanna be there. I would highly suggest the owner of this chipotle to evaluate the individuals you have working here.

The food tasted old, the rice was hard and they just drowned my food in sour cream and guacamole when I asked for light.
We had lunch after church today and it was delicious! I love all the toppings on my bowl so needless to say it was at the overflow point:) I was able to get two meals out of it. The food was fresh and delicious! Every server greeted us with a smile and and kind words. We will definitely be back.

Horrible. The people were super rude and the portions were way smaller. The food wasn’t even as good as other locations I’ve been to. The workers looked like they hated us. The lady at the cash register was especially rude and didn’t listen when I talked and rushed me through it. Will never return. Wish I would’ve seen these reviews sooner.

I order food and added 3 extra sides which is they charged me 8 extra fir sides however. When my food arrives thru uber eat there was no sides that I order. Only the plate. Tried to call them no one answer.
