It took about an hour to get breakfast food. They didn't let us know that we would have to wait until we sat there for at least 20 minutes. After we ordered (several minutes after actually), the waitress came to the table and told my husband he couldn't order JUST a BLT sandwich. SHE SAID HE HAD TO ORDER A SIDE WITH IT. AFTER we received our bill, I noticed that we had been charged an EXTRA $.99 for the side. I asked to talk with the manager, but she never came out from the back after several minutes. We left since we already had to wait over an hour for BREAKFAST....pick up your game, Cracker Barrel!!!!!! I'm very disappointed!!!!!
This morning service was excellent! Food was good and everything was very clean!
Unfortunately, our food and service today was way below one star. Once we ordered our food, 35 min later we finally got some of our drinks. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and all we ordered was breakfast. We watched all around us as other tables and waitresses were bringing families their food left and right. It appeared that our waitress might have also been cooking or working in the kitchen as well. We could see her from our table. She only came back to our table twice in the 2 1/2 hours we were there. And omg! Do NOT order blueberry pancakes unless you really only want to eat blueberries and some kind of sauce. There was a tiny tiny bit of actual pancake in the blueberry pancakes. Very disappointing!
Cracker Barrel is pretty much always good. We like stopping for breakfast in Madison when heading to the Georgia Mountains.
Was able to stay overnight without issue. No signs posted, and no one asked us to move. The lot was mostly quiet through the night, with just a bit of background noise but nothing that bothered us.
Parking was wide open and easy for our rig. Level enough to sleep comfortably without needing much adjustment.
Really appreciate Cracker Barrel continuing to allow overnight RV parking. Thank you for the safe place to rest—five stars all the way.
Dependablr is the word; always good confort food at reasonable prices.

I originally wanted Chipotle, but when I pulled up sat and watched through the windows AND THEN READ THE REVIEWS… I knew I was going to have to find another spot.
So I thought CB. It had been a long time, so why not.
Now keep in mind that when I walked in and stood next to the booth waiting to be met by the attendant no less than seven employees made eye contact and not a one (even three that walked directly past me) would not utter a word of acknowledgment. Almost as if they were to say something, the gods of Greek yore would hold them accountable and strike them down for speaking and not helping.
I was standing there so long I almost took it personally for being the guy standing there with the Afro and one of the clowns of culture that even make my own good folks hang their heads in shame for the 15% that make us look bad. I didn’t want to take that line of negative thinking and instead chalked it up to poor and ineffective training by management and poor social skills of the employees who did not ask if I was ok, if I had been helped or if I need anything in general.
Eventually, a young lady came to the booth and seated me at a window table. I was later greeted by KAYLEIGH, and she was very good at attending to my needs. I got the feeling she would have rather been off work or something, but the possible pretending to care was good enough for me.
The food was good and I left satisfied but slightly disappointed with the service that came before the meal. Maybe there is something that goes on in that community I’m not aware of or maybe in was a bad day to pass through this town but I still give it five stars since it was my own unique experience and perception.
We arrived at 1 o’clock, our waitress did not appear at our table for 15 minutes to take a drink order. Then it took an additional 10 to 15 minutes for the drinks to come. We asked another server to please get us some drinks, iced tea. When she came, she brought the drinks took her food order which took another 40 minutes for the food to arrive . Two of the food items were meatloaf both of them were burnt, overcooked ,tasteless. My order was chicken tenders, on the menu it states there will be six tenders. They were five. I guess someone got hungry in the kitchen. The chicken tenders were way overcooked, I could not eat them. They were absolutely horrible. We stopped at Cracker Barrel because it is usually very consistent , very fast. We spent over two hours in this location, trying to get very poor quality food. We spoke to the cashier, hoping to talk to a manager, to no avail.
Our waitress Carmella was so attentive. We tried the new classic sampler and it was fabulous!
Good food, good customer service,..

Quicker service. Not very busy but still had to wait 25 minutes for 2 to get a table.
My extended family of 9 stopped at this Cracker Barrel for lunch. Ms. Peaches took great care of all of us and served up excellent service with a smile! The food was hot and delicious. Was everything you want when you eat at The Barrel!
Very busy on MOTHERS DAY but everything went smoothly
Our server didn’t keep our coffee filled didn’t want to give us napkins because “she grabbed them for other guests” and the service was S-L-O-W. The hash brown casserole and eggs were subpar. Makes us wonder if the Cracker Barrel we love is slipping under current leadership.
Ms. Kim is a 5 star server and has an amazing attitude and super friendly. She makes me feel like I am at home when she serves us. She is AWESOME!!
