good food, great service.
Good food. Ask for seating near fireplace and they were happy to accommodate us. Our only complaint is that the decaf coffee is vey weak.
Good food, service was great though I didn't get her name.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, though we didn't need the service, we did see a couple that did, and they had plenty of room.

My mom and I stopped by this Cracker Barrel. We were on our back from Emory University getting a second opinion about my cancer diagnosis. Our server was a lady named Holly A. Not only was she a great server but she made the experience very personable. When she learned of the diagnosis she reached right out and started praying for us. This act touched our hearts and meant alot to us. We are planning a trip back to Madison to let Ms Holly know just how much we appreciate her kindness. And to also let her know her prayers were heard. Not cancer free but better than we were.

Morgan was our waitress and as usual she was awesome. We also enjoyed the fire place and the opportunity to pay through the app.

Wait estimate was about right but the service was extremely slow i.e 20min just to get the drink, likely 35min to get the food that was cold. Wont be going back real soon.

My sister and I met at this Cracker Barrel tonight as it’s basically the halfway point between our hometowns. We were meeting to talk about our mom’s funeral arrangements and for my sister to give me the clothes our mom is to be buried in. We asked Taylor if we could have a more private table since the dinner topic was quite grim. She was extremely considerate of our situation, sat us a little away from the busier sections, and gave us her condolences. She went well out of her way to show her humanity and generosity to us. Our server Angelica was also wonderful and did a great job making menu recommendations and taking care of us during our dinner. Taylor and Angelica, thanks so much for turning a depressing dinner into a much more bearable one for my sister and me. Whenever we have to meet halfway again, we will definitely be revisiting this Cracker Barrel.

We stopped on a Sunday around 1:00pm. It was pretty busy. Sat us down within a couple minutes. They were out of a couple things for breakfast. Got our food and noticed we didn't have utensils. Waited about 5 minutes for those. Asked for a box to go, she forgot 2 times. If it's a busy time and in a hurry, might want to go somewhere else. Food was good though.

No one asked us if the fire at our back was to hot when they built it so they didn't have to put wood on it for 4 hours. Its for show in a restaurant not for heat.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good for restaurant not bathroom

Whenever I travel I always look for a Cracker Barrel for a meal. It’s consistently good (in the last 10 years, I can only remember 3 times it wasn’t up to great standards). For the price of fast food now, I can get “homemade “ food that never upsets my stomach. I always enjoy the waitress (never had a waiter). They are fun, kind and pleasant. As an added bonus, they have clean bathrooms and a great gift shop.
As much as we regret having to submit this we feel it needs to be known. The food was not what we expected. They had no chicken in the chicken and tumpline and we was still charged full price. Had no bread. The food was barely warm to cold.

I know that it is a busy time of the year but it took 35 minutes to get our food. I have eaten Momma’s French Toast breakfast many times at several different Cracker Barrel’s so I was expecting the same at this one in Madison Ga. I had never been to that one. The eggs obviously had been cooked and sitting out for a long time g time and the French toast was terrible. Several pieces were very small and the eggs on all of them were way over cooked (dark brown). It was the worst experiences I have had at a Cracker Barrel (besides one other one) and I was very disappointed.
Parking: Difficult to get in and out of because of its tucked behind Starbucks location.
