Been a while since we’ve been into this location, but you can see that they’re definitely changing what they do. Food was fresh and ready and our server Sabrina did a fantastic job throughout the meal taking care and checking in on us.

Took my family there on labor day. Food was terrible. No taste. Vegetables tasted like cans. Broccoli boiled to death. Biscuits seemed to be frozen and hard as a rock. Not a good experience. Been going there for years. Worst food I've ate. Wasted about $80. Not going back there. My mom couldn't even eat her food. Our church group had warned us about food quality. We didn't believe it. Now unfortunately we do now. I could care less about the decor or sign. Once the food quality was compromised that was it for me. We tried conyers location 2 weeks ago. Food was terrible there too. Very disappointed........

Our CB had not been redecorated yet, so We felt right at home. The food was good, but we did notice a lot of changes to the menu. Our waitress, Peaches at the Madison, GA store was friendly, polite and took good care of us. Another noticable change was there was less merchandise in the store part. Everyone was courteous, the manager even checked in with us. It was the normal Sunday crowd. In a small town like ours, the less change the better.

We ate at the Cracker Barrel in Madison, Ga today. It was good. Jen, our server was fabulous. So glad to see they haven’t changed the inside of this one or the menu.

Great service and food! The manager was wonderful and our server David was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful, and personable, and he checked on us several times. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a location where the waitresses forget about their customers, dont have items that are listed on their menu, chicken that tastes like the oil hasn't been changed in a month, biscuits that are so hard that butter and jelly or gravy can't soften up, and floors and tables so sticky because they probably haven't changed the mop water in who knows how long, then look no further. This place should be closed up. This is a disgrace to the cracker barrel name and I have been to a lot of locations over the years but this one might actually make me stop going to any location all together.
