I stopped by this Dairy Queen and waited at the counter for more than five minutes without anyone offering to help. I was the only customer inside waiting for service. Several employees looked directly at me and only one briefly said someone would be with me soon. No one followed through.
I finally decided to leave. As I reached the door someone suddenly called out “Welcome to Dairy Queen, can I take your order?” It was too late. The service already made a clear impression.
There are plenty of places that actually want customers. I will be going to those from now on.

Went to get my daughter and I something to eat, the employees were very rude and miserable sounding, and our food was smooshed and thrown in the bag very unprofessional 😤 Do better!!!

Was not open at 9:30 like google says it was. I suggested an edit already. Signs on doors says 10am daily. 2 employees decided to walk in to open the store at 10:08 a.m. probably good food but went someplace else

I love DQ and the ice cream was delicious. We didn't wait at all. There was a few cars in front of us but it's not a biggy. The people are really nice.

They have a wide variety of food to order off their menu. The service is fast & the people working there are very polite & friendly. They also have enough different cold deserts to enjoy. And their rest rooms are clean & well stocked.

Unexpected surprise. Atmosphere was great! Food was hot and delicious. The fries and onion rings were hot and fresh. Got the Sunday and had it after the meal. It was good too! This will be added to my stops in Madison off I-20. Definite due over.
