Terrible I’m posting cause I go daily and spend a lot of money never ever ever can they get ur drink right never when you pay so much for a coffee it should be correct never is even after its remade. Terrible service never nice always like it’s a problem to serve you

I went here at 5:30 in the morning because i had to go to work and the door was still locked the lady ignored the speaker and if you came to the window she tried to hide. I ordered on the app and didn’t even end up getting my drink.

Filthy inside and out, bathrooms, etc. Register wasn't working so asked to use kiosk. Decided to leave at that point without making a purchase. I've never experienced a DD like that before! It was gross!

I received very little due to the overwhelming number of dirty displays and flies. The ice build-up in the ice cream section was unappealing. The staff was rude and didn’t wear gloves or hair nets. If customers are expected to pay higher prices for smaller items, the quality should have been better.

I understand that mix ups happen but when a customer says that it is wrong. Can you make sure that Customer is satisfied. The person at the window needs to make sure he understands this.

Some of the RUDEST customers. Some young white girl giving some short blunt answers. Seemed like she didn’t know how to do her job. If you’d ask questions she was very rude about it acting like it was common sense but if we asked if they still had white chocolate mocha they said no. So obviously I’m going to ask if they had certain things. She was acting like we were disgusting when giving us our drinks and wouldn’t even say anything when we said thank you. Needs to learn better people skills or something..also got there around 7:30 Pm and they close at 9. We pulled up to park and locked the doors for whatever reason. In short very rude and unprofessional

I've always had a special craving for doughnuts, and as a South African in Madison, Georgia, I did not know that service would be this poor. The lady who assisted us that day when visiting Dunkin for the first time ever was so rude and looked at us like we were trash. She even pulled a funny face when I said that I'd like the doughnut with nuts on, so it wasn't nuts. It was biscuits, like I could see from where I was standing. We'll definitely never visit the Dunkin in Madison again.

Food is never fresh it seems to me. Donuts and munchkins all 3 times I've purchased them, have never been soft and fresh. Coffee drinks are usually decent and the 1 time we tried the ice cream it too was decent. Not a very clean establishment either ...
