I went here the other day to pick up a cappuccino blast for me, my daughter, my son, and my mother and the two young girls that were working there were rude, especially the redhead, terrible attitude and did not respond to my question also handed us our drinks in a broken cupholder and one spilled over on me and my seat.
I will not be back to this location as long as they are working there Extremely disrespectful employees you have working there. Do better Duncan on the staff you hire. Please.

OMG! I have been to so many different DD's, but the DDs in Madison GA is hands down the best. My wife and I enjoy the customer service so much we commute from Conyers to Madison a 30min commute for coffee. AND THEY HAVE ICE CREAM TOO. THE ONLY THING I HATE IS; THEY ARENT 24 HOURS.

I went here at 5:30 in the morning because i had to go to work and the door was still locked the lady ignored the speaker and if you came to the window she tried to hide. I ordered on the app and didn’t even end up getting my drink.
Filthy inside and out, bathrooms, etc. Register wasn't working so asked to use kiosk. Decided to leave at that point without making a purchase. I've never experienced a DD like that before! It was gross!

I received very little due to the overwhelming number of dirty displays and flies. The ice build-up in the ice cream section was unappealing. The staff was rude and didn’t wear gloves or hair nets. If customers are expected to pay higher prices for smaller items, the quality should have been better.

I understand that mix ups happen but when a customer says that it is wrong. Can you make sure that Customer is satisfied. The person at the window needs to make sure he understands this.
