Godfather's Pizza Express

I have stopped many times at this truck stop that serves/sells Godfather's Pizza and only bought by the slice(s) or the small personal pan. Last night I decided to get a whole pie to take home. My god this pizza was so heavy. They load it with a lot of toppings and cheese. I love cheese. But not this much. LOL!! I like to see my pizza. :-) Next time I get a whole pie, and yes I will again some day will buy another. I will request that they not put so much cheese on. You get your money worth for sure.

Pizza was half burnt, 19 instead of 20 wings.

The customer service is horrible. First of all, we walked in the door to find the cashier texting on the phone and acted as if we wasn't standing there. Then she didn't even ask how could she help us. So we placed an order for 4 pizza rolls and she rung up 1. Had she been paying attention then she would've heard us say 4. Once the order was complete she then attempted to give me my 4 pizza rolls in my hand. I literally had to ask for a bag. Common sense should've told her to give us a bag for 4 pizza rolls or even ask did we want a bag. She did neither! These companies need to retrain these employees on customer service because they clearly lack in that area BIG TIME. Her phone call was more important than doing her actual job.

Waiting on my order of 10 wings and large cheese sticks. Dude that took my ordee disappeared into the back and never seen again. They failed to tell me that my order would take a whole hour to cook. Older lady was the only one that was attentive to customers' orders. The short younger chick with the fake pony tail and extra large fake eyelashes with ear buds in had an attitude as if she was too good to work there. If you can, avoid this place!

I ordered a cheese pizza. It was fantastic. The employees were courteous and quick with their service. Thanks!

The worst customer service I've ever seen in my entire life. I really want to punch the cashier in the mouth. Im not sure what stopped me ???? I wish I could give them a negative start for service..

Listen....IYKYK. I'm from Savannah and for the longest we had godfathers and they recently closed so to find this jewel 45m from my house i had to take the trip. It was actually better than expected and the staff was nice. Will definitely be back soon

I paid 26$ for a slightly cooked pizza this isn’t just this location that’s done this from Ohio to Gregoria the pizza is raw. The wild fact about this order is that I asked for the pizza well done. The topping are great and the food options are perfect.

Terrible service! Don’t waste your money!!! What I ordered was not what I received! And the cashier had an attitude with me because she messed up the order.

Do not put in an online order. I put in an online order at 12:41 to be picked up at 3:15 pm because that is how long gps said it would take to get there. I go to to counter at 3:30p and at first she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she looked at the little device and said the order just came through. I said that's impossible since I put it in 2 hours ago. I left without my pizza since I am a time table. I am very disappointed. I planned precisely and even gave extra time, to walk away with nothing.

I ordered my pizzas at 6:02 website said it’ll be ready in 30 mins waited 30 mins went in guy said my Mobil order didn’t come through. He then proceeded to read me off my mobile order. Asked if I wanted to continue waiting for them to finally make it. Said it would take an additional 8 mins. Not long but I’ve already waited 30 mins and it was storming outside.
