At 6:30am, I ordered a Super Bacon biscuit. What I got was cold. Everything was cold. The bacon was undercooked, floppy and cold. The egg was cold. The cheese could be removed in an entire piece, because it was COLD. The kicker was ... the inside of my cold biscuit was wet. Wet and gummy. The entire thing was not edible as it was served, and due to my already having left, I couldnt return for a refund. Check your bags folks. BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Also .... dont y'all have openers? Why was the oil cold? Why were there several people waiting on fryer items, at 6:30am?! Do better. Seriously.

If the guy isn't working the drive thru, you can expect your order to be wrong. Anytime he works, we don't have issues, and he has a funny personality. If the woman are working, you can expect them to get every single thing wrong. I don't know if they can't hear or just don't care. This Hardee's is horrible without that guy working.

I normally stop in here a few times a week and order stuff. However today was different the little girl working the front counter was rude and seemed to be annoyed that I dare walk in there to place an order. Due to breakfast not being served yet I got the big hot ham combo the food was good, the front girl was rude saying here you go your order and pushing it on me when I asked for ketchup I was given 3 packs now I need more ketchup than that for an order of fries. So I asked for some more, she rudely replies saying you only need and get 1 packet... are you freaking serious, you charge me 10.79 for a small (6 bite) hot ham sandwich and a little more than a handful of fries and your telling me I only get 1 packet of ketchup. I won't be back. I ended up using 6 packs of ketchup.

Worst experience the blk girl and the chubby white boy working the front register got loud and irate when I asked him was he going to take my order they got real loud ! Whoever place of business this is there going to run it in the ground, I left without placing an order they plan disrespectful!

This place sucks. Water and tea are what they have to drink, and the bottled water isn't even cold. Do yourself a favor and stop at a different Loves. This place is just nasty. Floors and the bathrooms look like they haven't been touched in months.
Update: I went back in today, and the place was clean. Wow, I was shocked. Guess these reviews do work.
Employees act like they’re upset that you came in especially after 2:30 am. I got there around 2:45 am and waited 15 mins before anyone came to the register even though they saw people in the line. When they did come the signs still showed lunch selections but they said we’re only serving breakfast right now. At 3am?! Who does that? Besides we were there before 3! Never again

I need someone to show that young white men this post when it's seen. This young gentleman came in 6.00 a clock or so and got started no sound no nothing just him running drive thru and front counter no worry's just there to get his job done I don't know if he just a employee or not but I appreciate his time and his GM he knew it was him by himself and he didn't hide or say that he was closed he put some biscuits in the oven made eggs, sausage,dropped steak and chicken when I came in he served me right and made everything from scratch and made it fresh and told me to have a great day I hope he see this fr he made someone really happy. Best customer service every

In drive through. Came to windows and made a comment regarding something that humored me.v6 words. The server told me she was sorry but had no time for my foolishness. I thought I had to offended her. So I tried to explain when she repeated her statement. So very rude and not justified in any way. Please take this person off the windows, she is reportedly too busy to be human.
