Located inside the Love's Travel Stop.. employees were very friendly and professional.. I received prompt and courteous service.. Hardee's has some of the best chicken strips in the country.. I've never been disappointed with them.. always cooked to perfection.. I do miss the curly fries though.. pretty good burgers here too..

So check your food before you get back on the interstate, because they cheated me out of my time by taking a long time had no other customers but me and out my money by giving me the wrong order. And they got a B on their health inspection grade.

Stopped by this Hardees while coming to the Love’s gas station and was decently surprised with the quality of the food. Tenders were hand breaded and had actual white meat inside (similar to zaxbys and chick-fil-a), rather than a thick breading and ground up inside (like at Dairy Queen or Cook Out). The fries were good quality as well. They were similar to Wendy’s fries and had a nice crispy exterior to them. The ranch was nothing to write home about; not too great but did its job. Only gripe for the food was that both the fries and chicken could’ve used some kind of seasoning, but that can be remedied personally with salt & pepper packets. Service was solid, the employee didn’t go out of their way to be accommodating, but they took my order and I received my food less than a minute after. No attitudes from the employees, they were simply doing their job, but some extra customer service would help this place stand out like its competitors. Definitely worth the money for the chicken, and was a fast food experience that is worth being called “fast” food.

Poor customer service. Asked if I was paying cash or card. I said cash. He said we are only excepting card. I ask, what if I only had cash. Manager says, I haven't had time to do the cash drawers. You are the manager, make time.

I placed an order for the #2 combo, with an additional hot ham cheese, with a cinnamon roll for later, and an apple pie, probably for later. I asked if a could get the lemonade in a large, she said it only comes in a medium, I said this is fine. She finished ringing up my order and then walked away. I received my order minus the lemonade. By this time a guy had come out and handed my order to me, and as I was still waiting for the lemonade, asked what else I was needing. I replied that I'm just waiting for my lemonade. The guy got the girl to come over and she said what?? I said you don't remember me asking for the lemonade??? She said she did, but she didn't know that I wanted it........yes I just ask about menu items, I don't want them, I just want to waste both our time. It was at this point I realized that she has the personality of a sock. Then she brought me a tiny kids glass filled with lemonade. I then asked what happened to the medium. She said this is what she was trying to tell me, it's only one size. This is a lie, it isn't what she said, she told me I could get it in a medium cup. Then the guy tells me at least you pay less for it, it's a dollar less, I said wait a minute, was I actually charged less since she seems to think I didn't want the lemonade. The guy pulled up my order and said yes I did get charged less. The guy said I don't know why there is a confusion, and the guy went and hid, since she was caught in two lies. I took my food, that's enough. Hardee's needs to quit hiring snakes, it might be fast food, but if no one wants to eat there....it's going to be months before I eat Hardee's again, and I won't come back to this location until the 5th of Never 2099

I sat in the Drive through for over 45 minutes with no idea what my total was and once I paid I was handed and had paid for the wrong order. I then had to go in and get my order remade entirely, the entire experience took over and hour and I wish I had gone anywhere other than here. The staff was completely aloof and had no idea what was going on or how to manage their own personal problems, much less hand someone their food.

Pathetic staff today! Girl usually working drive thru has always been nice. Today I got a straight up Bi$@% with an attitude. Overheard her talking to other employee saying "well he be white so..." then laugh as she gave me my food. My food went straight in the trash as I have no idea what they done to it.

Horrible service. Food was cold and nasty. I come by here every day on my dedicated route.I won't be back.Maybe the management can actually do something to improve this place, rather than lip service here on the reviews. Really makes no difference to me, there are tons of other choices.
