I ordered chicken fried steak and eggs with hash browns and a side of breakfast sausage. The chicken steak was the largest I've ever had and tasted good, and the eggs and hash browns were good....BUT The sausage was basically smoked hotdogs....bad. Asked for extra gravy and got hot flour mix.....bad. The server was great. With tip, over $30, i expect better.

My suggestion is IHOP should have their own stand along because Pilot is filthy. The food was not hot. Waitress great customer service.

Horrible, we went there today, 5/29/25, waitress told us to sit in front as she was the only one working the floor and it would take a while to be seated. She was not nice and very stressed, not busy at all! Another couple came in and heard her and so they left also! Will never go back, sad as that's a very busy and nice area!

The hash browns were not completely cooked, toast came out after I have eaten my eggs. My wife’s omelette was missing the tomato’s and a spoon of butter for 3 pancakes. Manager never took nothing off the bill and it was the worst IHop we have ever eaten at .

Givin 1 star for what happened to me. I ordered for take out, took it to the truck to eat. Everything felt fine but by the time it was close to 8pm i started feelin sick. My body started feelin cold and i decided to go to sleep.
I wake up at a bit past 10pm and i started feelin even more sick i end havin to go to the bathroom cuz the food messed me up so i end up havin to so number 2 in bathroom. I go back to the truck and try to sleep and i end havin to go back to the bathroom again.
Around 11pm when i had try to sleep again that was when my body couldnt hadle it anymore and i started throwin up in the parkin lot, it was bad. After throwin up I END UP HAVIN TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AGAIN. I threw again when i got back to truck and also bathroom again.
I dont know if they did something to my food or wha, im never eating there again. If comeback it will only be for parkin the truck for the day and thats it.
Horrible service. It wasn’t busy at all and they took 10 mins to sit us. I’m standing there with my baby in a car seat and my disabled mother and lady the at the front who looks like she could be pregnant act like she couldn’t sit us until she ran around the world slowly to do nothing. So another lady who was waiting tables had to seat us. The service was just absolutely horrible and slow. Then i had to catch the man who was cleaning off tables for the check, because out waitress literally disappeared. Last I saw, she was walking outside. He was the only one with hospitality. The front desk girl, again, acted like she couldn’t check us out either. My 2 year old went to find the man from before and he had to check us out.

Literally got there at 7:30pm tonight on 7/3/24. Ordered 3 drinks for me and my buddies. 2 sweet teas and a coke. Also ordered a appetizer sample. The "sweet tea" was unsweetened. Tasted like crap. Anyways, sat there till 8:25pm, no appetizer came. Was never checked on and never even got to order. Worst service in the world. Don't recommend eating here. Understaffed, and terrible service. Now we are at the waffle house with actual sweet tea and way better service. Not to mention food within 10 minutes. Waffle House-1 IHOP-0. Wish I could give it zero stars.
