This place was so cold it was unbelievable. All but one employee had coats on. This one employee had a T-shirt on. I pretty sure she was management. Everyone was ask is you order for here or to go. Not a single person stayed every single one ask for it to go, but me and my husband. What would have been an enjoyable experience was terrible and we had our coats on. I would give it a minus 10 if I could.

I come here every time I travel between Atlanta and Augusta and this is the first time I have been disappointed. When you are open, you need to have product to sell, not 17-minute wait times to get a 4-piece original recipe meal.

This is the best and cleanest KFC I’ve ever been to! The manager Ms. Sheila is always so friendly and welcoming.
We came through Madison to get away from the destruction of Helene, we were without electricity. . Went through drive in waited an additional 20 minutes because the only had dark meat available. We ordered 3 eight piece meals at 29.99 each. Got home and had 2 eight piece dark meat and a 4 piece white meat in an 8 piece bucket. Shame on you! We did have an opportunity to visit several other businesses in Madison looking for supplies and they were very cordial, so I will not let my experience at KFC represent Madison. Do better!

Ate here for dinner with some family members while returning home from Augusta. Our meal which consisted of fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, biscuits and coleslaw was delicious. The restaurant was pristine and clean while the employees were cordial and kind. A good experience.

I usually eat here late evening hours but stopped here for lunch. I've never been asked if I wanted two wings or legs for a three piece meal. When I got my order, looked like I got a kids snack instead of a meal. No more stopping here for lunch.

I have visited this place 4 times 3 times I have received half raw chicken breast or thighs . I have documented this and took pics I’m clearly sending to head office it’s ridiculous for someone to receive raw chicken several times. Meaning they don’t care about what they feed innocent people . Something needs to be done.
