Went by kfc today had a mobile coupon the young lady had said she didn’t know how to do it , so I guess she had asked her manager to come and show and the manager going said kfc doesn’t accept mobile coupon anymore..So I’m trying to figure out when they stop and I just came in there couple days ago a young lady accepted my mobile coupon from my shop phone..

I have now passed through here on 2 separate occasions, and both times were blown away. The store is SO clean, food yummy and fresh, and the cashier, Emaria, is the sweetest. She treats you like you aren't at a fast food restaurant.
Our KFC back home in Trussville, AL is terribly managed. It’s so bad we haven’t had KFC in over a year. On our trip back home from Charleston, we decided to stop by this KFC. To our delight, the place was spotlessly clean (including the bathrooms), the floors were absolutely spotless and not slippery, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was exactly how it should be: fresh, hot and delicious! If you are traveling down I20 and looking for lunch near here, make it your stop. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!!!

I went to KFC and tried their new chicken wraps and it was delicious. I wanted to wait until I got home to try them but I couldn't and once I bite the first bite I fell in love with it and I'm going back have some more.

Chicken was soggy and not fresh. I didn't eat after first bite because it had no seasoning and didn't look done. We were traveling and when we put this is GPS we were 100 miles away. Definately disappointed.
Good people n good service but our chicken was "heat lamp" bad I'm afraid. The Cole Slaw n mashed potatoes w gravy goooood. The Biscuits small.
