This Krystal has been closed for a couple of months now! Not just closed but completely gutted!! These pictures are from a month ago. There is only a shell of a building there now!!! Don't know why Maps put me here because I was actually at Captain D's!!? Sorry but, No more Krystal!!

There was a young black female, I didn't get her name. She was very professional, quick. As we eating she was constantly cleaning, straightening up,went to clean bathrooms.she was a worker. If I was an employer I would have hired her in a heartbeat. Just don't see that degree work ethics anymore.

We tried to go here at 9:30 on Friday night. Online says drive through is 24 hours and dining room closes at 10. There was a sign on the drive through window saying the new hours for January are that they close at 9. Even drive through. Arby’s seems to be having a similar issue where employees are inside on their phones while the sign on the door says the dining room closes at 10 but drive through is open until midnight. But the doors are locked and no one ever asks for your order.

Food was great, thank you Krystal for bringing back the good chili and at least moving back toward your original fries, they are better, but can't understand why you moved away from what made you great in the first place. At least now the food is getting back to what we all loved. Now if you can revive your process that provided faser service you could really make a comeback and start opening rather than closing stores. I do miss having one in Conyers but the service there and at Evans Mill had gotten terrible on top of the changes in the menu, so it came as no surprise both of those stores closed. Glad to see you returning to what made us all love Krystal in the first place.
Manager went out of his way to make Krystle burgers while it was nearing the end of breakfast time. Extremely pleasant.

You either love them or you hate themI love them even if they are considered a gut bomb. This Krystal seems to be having trouble with hiring employees. Maybe if they were friendlier and Clean the place up as it needs it people might be interested in employment.

Well they lock doors most time so drive through. Two cars ahead of me and I sit at speaker 5 min only for them to say there will be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Of course same old thing I left!

To say this place is better then white castles is a joke. We had uncooked burgers with the cheese at the bottom of the box instead of on the burger. It taste like a mustard sandwich. I will probably NEVER order from a Krystals again. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. White castle for the win
