Came to this location on three different days and they never have anything ready.

I just wanted to refund the drink, lol. They didn't have the drink in stock that I ordered. That's okay, no big deal, I'll just get a refund for the drink. I'm standing there, pizza in hand. He tells me no partial refunds and to give the pizza back, and it'll be 45 minute wait for another basic pepperoni pizza. Man, I'd be sympathetic if this was just a policy thing, but the guy behind the counter was really rude about it. I've ordered here regularly before, but after this I won't be back.

I tried calling 6 times and no one ever answered the phone. I then tried to place an order online and it said it couldn’t process it. This location has always been sucky but it’s really went down hill the past few months.

#Worst pizza place around. Loud explicit rap music in the back. Service is so slow. The people in here are rude. Overall sucks. This place needs shut down. I really don’t know how they are still open.

No one in the establishment. 3 employees in back but no one assigned to register. Worst cheesey bread ever( esthetically undesirable and did not fit the box). Cheese pizza over cooked and dry. Word to the wise. Check b4 leaving. This was a last minute stop leaving work. Deep regrets.
High praises for 2 Covington locations, 278 & drive thru. Generally clean, friendly,attentive service & desirable items. All locations are not the same.

They need to hire more people. There is no reason hot and ready items should take 20+ minutes to make.

Sign on window states close @ 9pm. But will not answer phone past 8pm and door is locked@ that time to. Falsely advertising closing time when they actually close earlier than their posted times.Would like to have fed my family. If they closed earlier than they were supposed to their should be legit reasoning.

Ordered pizza online and hour and a half ahead of time. I arrived at pickup time and pizzas were not ready. I waited another 50 min. In the store before getting my pizza. When I got home I realized it wasn't the extra most bester that I ordered. I will never waste my time with this place again.

I got the worst pizza ever. I ordered a deep dish and got an eyoblong pizza, and 2, and the toppings were burnt and my other pizza was a pepperoni. Most best fish and it looks like it'd been set in there for a couple hours. It took me over a 1/2 an hour to get my pizza. Took me 20 minutes to order.I would not recommend this pizza place to anybody around Madison.JB is the worst customer service person.There is she's rude and don't know how to handle things

The owners keep the credit card tips. They refuse to pay them to the crew.

Always has things hot and ready unless busy which is very understandable , highly recommended

We was traveling through and ordered and paid for stuff we did not get them when I called back they hung up on me. Worst service ever. I can not figure out how this place is still in business with service like that
