When ordering online and selecting a time for pick up. It's never ready. It's like the workers don't know what they are doing. It's freaking Pizza! How hard is it to get the order done by the specified time? Get it together people!

We order from this location regularly. Also for all the birthday parties for our 4 grandchildren (normally 10 pizzas), They are always friendly and the food is always hot and ready. I would recommend this location.

I have tried numerous times to place an order over the phone. They NEVER answer the phone! The one time I went in to place an order I was told they were only taking online orders and it was a hour wait! What kind of place doesn't take an order when a customer walks in! This place seriously needs new management!

I ordered three pizzas today and one of them was pretzel crust and instead of giving me pretzel crust they threw butter and darken the crust and gave me a regular pizza dough so they ripped me off. This place sucks and I don't recommend it at all. And I do have

I would give negative stars if I could. 1. I ordered a pretzel pizza a couple weeks ago and got home. The pizza was dry and there was no liquid cheese. I live 25 minutes away and it wasn't worth it to me to go back. I got the same pizza yesterday got home and the whole pizza was dry and no cheese at all. So I went back today got home and the pizza was dry with no cheese sauce. Went back and asked for a refund. 2. It's super dirty and doesn't look like it is cleaned daily. I see bugs and cobwebs everywhere! Gross!!! The back where they work looks atrocious. 3. A while ago I went at 8:30 at night and I went in to order and they guy working the counter said the had run out of all the ingredients except for olives...I think it's real unprofessional to close down before actual closing time. I have worked in the fast-food service and I never tried that when I would be closing. 4. I have tried calling to make sure my order was ready amd no one answered. I used to absolutely loved little ceasars. However, have had such a bad experience here that I can't even think about eating their pizza without getting queasy. I hope the owner sees all these reviews and make a positive change. And it looks like all the 5 star reviews are just trolls to help keep the store star average up.

I ordered ahead on the app. Pickup time was 7:38 PM. I get there at 7:45. No pizza. They weren't even aware that we had placed an online order. After checking they apologized and said new pickup time was 8:15. Went back at 8:15 they said they still didn't have the order. I didn't understand because before we left they told us it came through and would be ready by 8:15.I asked if they could at least discount since it would be 9PM before we could get the pizza we ordered at 7:15. Plus 3 trips to the pizza place.Manager was cheap and rude and said we would not be getting any type of discount. There was "nothing he could do" but throw in some 2 dollar crazy bread that we DONT EAT!!PROBLEMS EVERY TIME IM IN THIS LOCATION SO I TRIED THE APP AND WAS STILL A FAIL.The owner had a deaf girl working all by herself on a Friday night and another weekend we went in there to a different girl yet again, working alone. The girl was crying and having a panic attack and was saying how her manager always does this to her.The management is total garbage and I won't spend another penny in this store.

Worst ever. Paid almost 30 dollars just to go home and see they didnt even come close to giving me what I ordered. How does someone mess up a simple pizza! All I wanted was a 3 topping pizza-pineapple, bacon and mushroom. They gave me black olives and mushrooms- half the pizza is all crust. This location has never met any standards, had no standards or employees that want to do a job right. If I didnt have a screaming 2 year old I'd get my refund. Cant call them either- never have a phone connected. Do not go here unless you want to spend money on careless mistakes. Better off having gas station pizza at that rate!

This location is getting worse. Have t been here in over a month decided to give it a try. Places an online order tried calling to let them know I would be late picking it up, number only doesn’t work. Go pick up my order get home then pizza looks terrible, the don’t cut it all the way through so you have huge slices and the cheese just look like it wasn’t cooked all the way. Needless to say I will or go here anymore.
