Food is slightly above average for fast food pizza. Service was quick and staff was friendly. More of a takeout/ delivery place so there is no atmosphere, but it is clean.

I’m leaving this review preferably for one employee.. Nate! He handles customer issues/complaints so well! He goes above and beyond to give you a great service! Last night they were pretty backed up with orders & had very limited delivery drivers. Nate stepped up to fix the issue & handled every stressful situation with respect & kindness. He deserves a promotion! He’s great with customers & makes the pizza & wings so tasty!

I ordered at 5:57. My order arrived at 7:40. I ordered a 10pc buffalo sauce bone in wings. They were plain with no buffalo sauce and burned. Like covered in black burned. I ordered a 10pc boneless wings in buffalo sauce. They were plain with no sauce. I also ordered multiple cups of jalapeño ranch. I didn't get one. The worst part is that when I called to have it rectified I was placed on hold for 24 minutes the first time and 3 mins the second time. When I finally was able to speak to someone they told me they were out of buffalo sauce. Hmmm. So instead of calling me and telling me that you decide to send me burned wings with no sauce. My husband who hasn't eaten all day only wanted the wings to have with the game. Now he is hangry. I understand everyone has a bad night, but this is not the first, second, or third time they have messed up an order of ours. They have finally lost a customer. I will also shout from the rooftops to everyone I know about the service we have received.

Marco's Pizza is definitely our family favourite every now and agin. The quality of the food is always outstanding. Every bite tastes like a piece of heaven. The only complaint is that they sometimes put people behind the cash register that is very unprofessional. The food sells itself, but the customer service sometimes wants to make you leave midway through the order.
