I’m leaving this review preferably for one employee.. Nate! He handles customer issues/complaints so well! He goes above and beyond to give you a great service! Last night they were pretty backed up with orders & had very limited delivery drivers. Nate stepped up to fix the issue & handled every stressful situation with respect & kindness. He deserves a promotion! He’s great with customers & makes the pizza & wings so tasty!

I ordered at 5:57. My order arrived at 7:40. I ordered a 10pc buffalo sauce bone in wings. They were plain with no buffalo sauce and burned. Like covered in black burned. I ordered a 10pc boneless wings in buffalo sauce. They were plain with no sauce. I also ordered multiple cups of jalapeño ranch. I didn't get one. The worst part is that when I called to have it rectified I was placed on hold for 24 minutes the first time and 3 mins the second time. When I finally was able to speak to someone they told me they were out of buffalo sauce. Hmmm. So instead of calling me and telling me that you decide to send me burned wings with no sauce. My husband who hasn't eaten all day only wanted the wings to have with the game. Now he is hangry. I understand everyone has a bad night, but this is not the first, second, or third time they have messed up an order of ours. They have finally lost a customer. I will also shout from the rooftops to everyone I know about the service we have received.

Marco's Pizza is definitely our family favourite every now and agin. The quality of the food is always outstanding. Every bite tastes like a piece of heaven. The only complaint is that they sometimes put people behind the cash register that is very unprofessional. The food sells itself, but the customer service sometimes wants to make you leave midway through the order.
My go-to for pizza in Madison!! I always order online and then pick it up. They have great deals and coupons. Food is always hot and fresh!!

Zero stars. Took an hour and a half more than the stated delivery time almost two hours total). COLD PIZZA. Two phone calls attempted. 1st time on hold for 18 minutes, no answer. 2nd time 8 minutes, no answer. This town is ready for and in need of another option.

Watch out for these guys. They advertise specials online and charge you normal price. After 4 times and a phone call from the district manager after the 3rd, they don’t get it. Shady business practices!! Amici, enough said.

Went online to see what time they closed and it said 11.pm.I ordered my food at 9:30pm.ETA 10:04PM.Its 10:15pm but no food.I call the I called to check on my order and got a recording saying their closed.WTF,why take my money?So they pretty much took my money cause no food was delivered.Almost 40.00 in food.

Management still can't seem to figure out how to order enough of the ranch cups. Not the employees fault at all had great service.
Food is good. The sandwich hasn't been getting toasted twice i've ordered it. There is no selection online to make sure they toast it. I accidently selected delivery and what a mistake, order in at 11:30am and delivered 12:45pm. For 2 sandwiches 1 mile down the road.
