I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service. The food was hot and prepared well. The dining area and tables were mostly clean. The manager who was on duty came in at seemed like she ran a tight shop and enforcing high standards. I couldn’t give five stars because the Mens restroom was not in good condition.

During a road trip, I passed through Madison and needed to stop for a quick breakfast. The server was very pleasant. Regrettably, my breakfast did not meet my usual expectations for McDonald's, and some of it had to be thrown away. Given my appointment, it wasn't possible for me to turn back, was it?

Only issue we had is i asked for extra ice in our drinks and it was like the put less than they would normally. No problem just went inside and dumped it and made my own. Other than that everything else was good.

It seems they have a hard time keeping staff. They are always slow and understaffed.

This might be the slowest McDonald’s in the country. We sat at the speaker in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us, and then sat in a pickup spot waiting for our food for another 15 minutes. Avoid this McDonald’s like the plague
