The food service was excellent; the fries and main dishes were hot and prepared accurately to order. The establishment maintained a commendable level of cleanliness. The staff demonstrated efficiency and friendliness, contributing positively to the experience. However, there was an isolated incident where a guest created an uncomfortable situation due to a premature judgment, which required my prompt intervention to resolve.

This was my second visit to McDonalds Madison. The first time they had no idea how to make a proper ice cream cone. The cone was smashed and dripping everywhere. Tonight we gave it another try. I walked in and the young girl at the register never acknowledged me. The girl spoke to another girl she knew. There was a mom and her son waiting for their order. After 25 minutes not a single person acknowledged me or the woman still waiting for her son happy meal. It's like they are all in a daze. I walked out but my boyfriend still insisted on his double filet of fish. We went through the drive through. The girl took his order. He p a id st thec window. At the next window he was handed his order. Know one acknowledged us. There was no thank you, come again, have a good night. Nothing. I will never go back here.

Literally the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Micky D's is Micky D's, but everybody's meal in my vehicle was hot and perfect the way you always want your fast food to be.

The bathrooms 🤢! Smelled like sewage, something was leaking in one of the stalls, there wasn’t any soap in the dispenser, the paper towels were sitting on the counter getting wet instead of the dispenser. They had a watered down face wash bottle, on the sink with who knows what inside, to use to wash your hands. But the STINK! It is TERRIBLE!
No one was available or looking willing to help us at the counter when we went up to make sure the ice cream machine was “working” before we ordered it on the kiosk. Receipt came out blank, so we didn’t know what order number we were.
We went up to the counter to ask for our cups, after speaking, one of the women working here completely ignored me, helped someone next to me, then turned around to work on the next order.

Waited 13 minutes on food and it wasn’t fresh. Crusty buns, warm fries, husbands McRib was good without the bread.

I had to order my food on the kiosk so luckily I remembered my number. Then that was just the beginning then I stood there like an idiot waiting on a McRib for 30 minutes I've never had to wait that long at any fast food restaurant the total stop was a 45-minute stop roughly. They could do better they can hire more people and or fire to people they have that don't do nothing all day. There was one lady in there who looked like she was trying but she was carrying the whole crew really unacceptable should probably shut down that McDonald's I'm sure the one in Covington is a lot better
Kid-friendliness: No it was not very good friendly there were adults cussing out loud in front of their children and anybody else that was there to hear them don't get me wrong I curse but I do not curse out loud in a public setting like that in front of other people's children. On the job site is one thing in a public setting you look like an idiot

idk if yall are just stupid or what. it was pouring rain the woman comes out there with the food goes to 3 different cars before getting to us. she had the bag wide open so all the food was wet, the bag was falling apart. and they forgot my bbq sauce 😐. do better.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes and then finally took my order all I ordered was a large fry then we sat for another 35 minutes just to get to the window and sit there for 15 mins like it does not take 15 mins to put some fry’s in a fry box 1 star don’t recommend
