Waited so long to order. There was no line infront of us, except for an old lady who was also waiting to place an order beside us. The employees 100% saw us there, yet they didn't pay any attention to us We ended up leaving and headed to the next McDonald's on the next exit, and the second we walked inside they acknowledged us and quickly took our order, even though it looked like they were just as busy as this one. The funniest part was that as we were walking out the door, there was a paper that said we should give this place a review, so here I am:) If I could give 0 stars I would honestly. What a waste of time.

Don’t go here unless you “know how to use the kiosk”. The manager said we couldn’t order at the counter so we ordered at the kiosk. We told her “we are paying cash”. She said “well you can still use the kisok.” We then get to the kiosk and ask for assistance because it was malfunctioning and that was like asking for a hamburger at chick fil a. After about 5 minutes later, another guy comes up to the counter and asks to take our order. Dear manager, welcome to McDonald’s.

i went through the drive thru to get my order, when i looked in the bag we had no sauces nor straws for our drinks. went back inside just to stand at the front counter for 10 minutes just to get sauces. staff was not very friendly nor did they seem like they didn’t wanna do anything. i shouldn’t have to stand at a counter while a worker is looking at me in my eyes just for them to walk away and make me stand there.

Extremely slow table service. My order (biscuit and coffee) was placed through the kiosk since no one was at the register. I was the third order waiting. I took a seat and waited for my order to be delivered to my table. After a very long wait (20 min)....only 1 of the 3 orders had been filled. I went to the counter to investigate and found my order sitting there.
