Came out of my way to come to this Popeyes. They open at 9am. Wait around until 9 and go there and 3 employees sitting and I am standing at the little rope thar shuts it off from the truck stop. I had to yell back because they we're just looking at me not saying anything finally another lady came from the truck stop that you can tell we're there and ask her I said it says 9:00am. She said we don't serve breakfast. Ok, I know that, I want chicken..why would the restaurant open at 9 am if people didn't come. I understand stuff happens. Acknowledge someone when there are 3 employees sitting there. They need to be crosstrained..because there a 3 employees back there. Should've been able open the restaurant. It's not even a standalone store. It's a small truck stop one. No chicken for me

The service was very bad jasmine if you have a bad day don’t take it out on the customers I said hello to you you look at me like I said something wrong to you and the way you was rolling your eyes was sadness. You need to cut your finger nails because it don’t look good.

This place USUALLY has that classic spicy chicken, if you like spicy then this is the place for you however the taste could be more consistent and some of the staff isn’t as friendly as they should be working in a customer service industry.

The food was not the issue…..everything was hot and fresh!! No complaints on the food!! But, the older black lady in the past reviews people speak about is terrible, she should be taught how to treat customers and interact with the public, for her to be an older lady it is sad to see. She had an attitude at 10am in the morning, when they’ve just opened up, which is crazy to me to see a person get out of their bed with such a bad attitude. Just mean for being alive is sad!! I will never give them my money again solely based on my interaction with her. Management need to seriously do something about her!! I mean you are in customer service 🤷🏾♂️I spent almost $40 here and got treated as such. NEVER AGAIN!!
