Ok. So this is by observation only. We didn't eat there today but we were customers in the retail dept. The food smelled amazing and the chicken was a golden sunset of crispiness! The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable of their menu, and went above and beyond with each customer. It may have been simple, you look very nice today or let me help you, as they assisted opening the door. They added a personal touch to each encounter and it was definitely noticed! High Five,?

I walked in here today and was greeted by a lovely woman , I'm mad I didn't catch her name she was an African American woman with black hair and gold tips she had on an apron...but her demeanor was everything thank you Queen...

I love Popeye's chicken but this 1 employee on day shift and manager on night is horrible they make the place look bad no professionalism about themselves period! Need more adults grown adults to run the place! I'm talking about the Popeye's in Athens on Atlanta highway.
