Trash management, rude customer service. I went in to order a drink and Kayla I believe was her name, stood at the register and shouted “any body gana take this order?” I was absolutely floored. I will leave my reviews on all platforms. There needs to be a change before I ever buy here again.

Starbucks, located inside Ingles, has baristas who do a good job preparing drinks and are friendly to returning customers. They refer to charts to ensure correct preparation. A pre-order app is available but has experienced issues. A unique drink, the "Joker," was made upon request and received positive feedback. The store closes at 7:30 PM on weekdays.
