Stopped by on my way to a road trip , this location was very clean and nice atmosphere. The main thing that made my day was how friendly and welcoming the staff was . Today is my bday and the kind person sang me happy bday when I scanned my reward for my free drink . They were really sweet . I enjoyed this location and it’s staffed very much . Food and drink tasted yummy !

This has got to be one of the most gorgeous Starbucks I have visited. The furnishings were appealing and looked comfortable. The space was open, airy and clean.
Service was friendly and prompt.
The mini cinnamon pull apart I purchased complimented the chai tea latte I ordered perfectly.

Overall though staff was not very friendly and didn't correctly take out order. Unfortunately I didn't realize at first and we were in a road trip and could not go back to have it corrected.

Don’t ever place a mobile order here. I placed one by mistake and they won’t refund me. So you’ll pay for a mistake. What terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!

Came through around 11:00AM today. Drive thru. The woman working was incredibly well-mannered and excellent at small talk. In 14 years of being a Starbucks rewards customer, I've never felt the need to leave a review (good or bad) for a Starbucks, but she was so impressionable. Just a great interaction that caught me off guard. Apologies for not catching her name, but she is obviously great at her job!

horrible service. we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and when i said “hello” the lady said we will be with you in a second then mumbled “gosh” in a rude tone. 10/10 DONT recommend.

After a really tough day, I needed a midday coffee. I went through the drive thru & when Tiana came over the speaker she instantly changed my mood. The coffee was great, but Tiana really had the best attitude to turn my day around! Super big thanks to her!

I unfortunately pass this location often and stop. The lines are always long with long wait times and the employees are typically not friendly. I have been by awhile back when they have the doors locked and it’s drive through only without a sign on the door. One time they said my order wasn’t ready and I needed to go around and get back in line. It takes 45 minutes to go through here over half of the times I’ve been. Today, I went and sat in a long line that took awhile to move. When I got up to the ordering station, the menu was lit up but no one took my order. Come to find out, they were closed and cars were just driving off after no one helped them. A sign on the menu would have been helpful, or some type of large very visibly sign. They said they were closed due to weather but it’s been 12 hours since the storm came through and there aren’t any damages. If they wanted to close, that’s Cool I guess but atleast put adequate signs out and fix the app that says a barista will help us in person.

This was a good quality on-brand Starbucks. Service was quick, pleasant and polite with smiles. The barristas seemed to enjoy their jobs and were friendly with customers.

Ordered online, picked it up. The coffee was hot and I thought I had ordered cold, given I used my previous order to order and I never order hot coffee. So I explained to the barista that I ordered iced coffee so I thought. And she says “that’s how you ordered it” and walked off. So I’m standing there looking at this hot coffee and said “hey I wont drink this, I just ordered another one on my phone” so yes I paid twice for my coffee. She then tells me “if you aren’t going to drink that you can throw it away”…. Proceeds to point me in the direction of the trash can. (I wasn’t aware I was an employee at that moment). Then I get my new order, and she hands me the coffee and says “here’s your remake, you’re welcome”. Extremely rude and I’m not quite sure why she works in the service industry. Such a bad customer experience. I’ll go out of my way to the other location. Would not recommend this location for sure.
