Just tried to order on Doordash. They only had white bread and ham, turkey, and chicken. They tried to say that if I cancel the order for today and reordered tomorrow that I would get my meal for free. How are you not going to be prepared to serve today and expect someone to reorder the next day? I'm not interested in a possible. You're either prepared when you open or just stay closed. This will be my last time ordering from Subway.

THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING SUBWAY I have every been in! There is trash everywhere. Flys on all the meat. The cheese is hard and old. Everything was out of stock even drinks! The lady's were kind of nice. I did have to repeat my order alot though. I am not going back in here until I see other wise. Just go to Madison produce it's more $ but your chances of food poisoning is less.

There's a worker in there that's rude as she can be, shes rolled her eyes at several people I have walked in there with, and she got us kicked out of subway because we were all sitting there.

Not enough workers only one person making sandwiches and doing cashiering. She was doing her best in spite of the situation. The wait was quite long. Several people left in disgust. This is not an employee problem. They don’t make the decision on how many people they can hire. Management does.

I visited Subway 8/6/2024 @ round 10:40/11:00 the girl working was extremely rude got mad cause I asked for lettuce from the other container cause the one she was trying to put on my sandwich was brown. She gets smart & at this point I don’t even want the sandwich I ask her for her name & she refused to give it to me. I have never been treated like that before but thats not my first encounter with this particular worker she was fixing my sandwich one day with gloves on but touching her hat & on the phone the black lady that works there saved her cause she could tell I was bout to say something to her.

The attendant that was working refused to make sandwiches for a family of 5. He insisted he could not make that many at once. He was very rude and disrespectful. It's sad that this is the only option for a sandwich on a Sunday night in Madison. I know that it's hard to find food help, but Subway should do better!

If I could give zero I would there were two girls working behind the counter with one customer and myself they were too busy on their phones and talking to each other than working the only other person working was a boy who was stocking he had to come from what he was doing to make my sandwich because the girls continued talking instead of tending to their customers so it took almost 20 min to get one sandwich the employees should be more attentive to the customers rather than each other and their phones meanwhile the boy must have been new because while he was trying to ring it up it took them almost 5 minutes to realize he needed help ringing up the sandwich. He had amazing customer service compared to the 2 who seemed to have worked there longer than him

What a wonderful surprise! First thing I asked "Has there been a change in management?" YES! I could tell by walking in and noticing everything was Clean. Has not been that way in a very long time. New manager was so nice. I just stopped in for a pretzel today but will be back for subs soon now that it is under new management! Thank you
