It was my 1st time doing an app order with Taco Bell. My teenage daughter went to pick it up. When she got home we were missing some of our order. I thought I could go to the app and say what I didn't receive and get a credit (we live 30 minutes 1 way). Wrong! They offered me $5 off my next order which didn't put a dent in our order. Accidents happen and I thought Taco Bell would have honored the obligation. I will choose somewhere else next time! Lesson learned!
What a bunch of freaking idiots! Even after 3 corrections my order is still wrong! I am so freaking done with how bad this place is...dine at your own risk.
I made the mistake of ordering a meal and right after I did the lady waiting for an online order to pick up said that she had been there for over an hour. The guy working kept asking what she was waiting for and I watched him give away what she was waiting for to another person(twice) because he forgot. I still haven't gotten my food and she hasn't either and its been over 20 minutes. That's why I'm able to write this long review. The owners need to get their stuff together and hire more people.
Took an hour to get our food, and when they got it to us they didn’t have the whole order so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for one burrito.
Avoid this Taco Bell.
Whomever owns this franchise should take a good long look at how they are operating it. Staffing seems insufficient for the amount of traffic here. Had to wait 30 minutes for 2 bean burritos dining in.
Food was good and hot But it was wrong. Got a California Crunchwrap, a sausage Crunchwrap, a sausage burrito and a bacon burrito. Plus a large Mountain Dew. None of them knew what they were doing, ordered my food mobile pickup for 10:30. Got there at 10:40 and they said they were making it now, then told me that someone else had picked up. They remade the food and didn’t even give us the right thing. Drink was sitting on the counter by the drive through window and then I asked where my drink was and I got a medium cup to fill up myself. I said something and the guy gave it to me.
This store is horrible. You can't even talk to a person while ordering and at the end of your order they ask if you want to round up for whatever organization but it really doesn't even matter if you want to or not because it just rounds up anyways. So not only can you not talk with an actual person, inside or in the drive-through, the actual two brain cells that make your order get it completely wrong. This store not only tries to make you spend money you don't want to then tries to give you food that you don't want.

Don't go to this Taco Bell unless you have a day to kill waiting for your food.
We had to wait a long time before they took our order and then we went to lowes to get something I stay in the car and check our order and they forgot my burritos. I am very disappointed.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TO! ALWAYS GETTING ORDER WRONG! NEVER TAKING ORDERS THRU DRIVE AT NIGHT OR CLOSED! PUTTING WRONG SAUCE ON CANTINA TACOS I MEAN IVE TRIED 10 DIFFERENT TIMES THINKING SURELY THEY GOT IT TOGETHER OR MAYBE THIS TIME IT WILL BE BETTER BUT NOOOOO! ID GIVE IT -5 COMPLETE CRAP!
This Taco Bell repeatedly blocks off the drive-thru and tells customers upon entering that they are closed, even though it is during operating hours and the doors are unlocked. During these instances staff is simply standing around.
