I have to say, I have the best experience coming to this restaurant. The customer service was awesome. It was one person that stood out the most. I think his name was Antonio. He had the best customer service of all he helped us. He greeted us like we was at home. I will always go back there. He has the best attitude.And the experience was so awesome

On January 12 2026 we went through drive thru and Antonio answer the speaker, and when I say he was the most cheerful and nicest person there was he was it, as a restaurant worker and drive thru person I’m not even that nice. He was so kind and respectful. Fast service and as we got to the window he greeted us with a smile and was telling his employees what a good job they was doing! Definitely will be back! Keep up the good work!

Never Again! I'm very sad to have to write this review. Taco Bell has been my favorite fast food restaurant since I was in my teens, I'm 57 now. I will never eat there again, the food was horrendous! The soft tacos were 25% grease, and I thought that I was mistakenly given a Bean Buritto instead of a Buritto Supreme, everything but the Beans was shoved down to one end. I would have brought it back, but we were on a road trip and got the food at the drive-thru.

I ordered 2 nacho fries and had to pull over to mobile parking. Had to ask where mobile parking was and was looked at like I was stupid but this was my first time here. Not coming back

I travel for work and eat out ALOT. Let me just start by saying I’m aware it’s a fast food restaurant but simple respect to customers and cleanliness of a restaurant isint hard. This is by far one of the NASTIEST and horribly maintained Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been 2, 2 of the kiosks did not work, they were out of almost everything, tried arguing with my crew about us supposedly “spelling our names wrong” on the kiosk because she couldn’t figure out how to pronounce them and refused to give us our food at first assuming we were lying about our names and trying to steal it. The tables and floors were disgusting and it took over an hour to get a regular size nacho fry, they had no ice and very limited drink options. Seen multiple customers go up to the counter with burnt food. The workers also continuously asked the same customers what their order was over and over. All around just an absolutely horrible experience.

I ordered a Box Meal and got a Chalupa, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, and Cheesy potatoes. The potatoes were burnt and stale. The Chalupa shell seemed stale and hard to chew, and the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito was not properly prepared.

i just got 2 crispy chicken cantina tacos & 2 hard shell chicken tacos. not the BEST taco bell i’ve ever had but definitely better than average!!’ hot, fresh, well portioned with meat. will be going back

Some of those agonizing service I have ever witnessed from a fast food establishment. I could have taken a thousand trips around the sun in the time it took them to get me my food. As I’m writing this it’s been 15 minutes and I still don’t have my order.

I was told when I drove up that they were out of lettuce and rice. I reluctantly ordered the cantina chicken bowl knowing that those 2 ingredients were staple items of my meal. I am gluten free so there are only a few options I can order. When I drove up to pay I asked if they could add more beans since they were out of rice. The girl said no because the bowl was already made. I then said “so you’re going to charge me the same price for half of the normal ingredients and not offer a substitution for the missing ingredients?” She shut the window while I was still talking. Then a guy came to the window (I assume he was the manager but he didn’t identify himself). He asked me what the problem was. I asked again if I could get more beans since they were out of rice. He said no he wouldn’t add anything else and that he had given me 3 scoops of chicken instead of 2 so I already got an extra ingredient. (I hadn’t asked for extra chicken and it was already stated on the menu that the cantina bowl was coming with 3 scoops so thanks for nothing). He then walked off. I paid for my food even though I should have said “keep your food” and driven off. Then when I pulled my food out of the bag, the lid wasn’t on all the way and my food was spilling out. The chicken was mushy and the container was half full.
